Food is always amazing but tonight after 2 times the lady with the orange hair gives me the wrong drink again, w attitude, need to teach the employees polite, and to open up there ears and stop yapping

My order was incorrect and went back to get it corrected only to get my thrown on the counter from someone in the back. I will never spend another dime of my money there again. This on Saturday 1/17/25 at 3pm. I would have gave a 0 star but it was not an option. Plus they didn’t even have any sweet tea smh.

Food is good and affordable. Slaw sometimes isn't slaw....just dry cabbage. Shakes are good.
I went to Cook Out after the drive-thru window was punched out by an angry customer. The food was fantastic, but I was surprised when chewing on my ice to find a massive piece of glass. Super glad I didn't swallow it! I have reached out to Cook Out to see if a refund can be issued.

The reasons for the low grade is because the staff was rude and acted like they did want to be there asked for Cajun fries there was no Cajun in either try which I had 2 trays and let’s not mention the onion rings in the photo and yes this is how many I had on my tray DATE:10/27 TIME:1:00a.m
