Eggnog milkshake was chunky. Both of my Double Burgers were dry. Ordered a side of nuggets and was only given 2 of them. The quesadilla had no sauce and was burnt. My soda was flat and flavorless. I usually have a good experience and it wasn’t really even busy when I went so I don’t know what is happening here.

I’ve always loved cookout, but recently it’s let me down. Shrinking portion sizes and inflated prices seems to be the way of the world right now, but cookout use to be the hold out. I received maybe 10 fries as my side and three tiny nuggets. The burgers are just as good as ever. As far as this actual location, the lady who helped me was one of the kindest individuals working fast food. Although the store was clean, the floors were super slick especially on a rainy day and my whole party noticed. It wasn’t rain water either it was like the floors were greased.

Our food was not the best at all. Fries were soggy and Luke warm, corn dogs over cooked. The only thing that was good was our drinks smh highly disappointed!

Really enjoy cookouts food but the taste on West Wendovers location has changed dramatically alot of under cooked food.
I usually go through the drive thru but today I really just needed to slow down so I went inside to eat and I'm glad I did. Adonijah truly made my day. While someone else took my order and clocked out shortly after, Adonijah seemed to take over the register in the dining room. Y'all, his spirit wasn't loud or excitable but it was just so kind. If it wasn't genuine, he had me fooled and I've been doing customer service for over a decade. He even tried to speak to a customer in their first language when he noticed their English was spotty. Man, y'all better pouring into his cup because he was pouring into everybody else's today. Give that man a raise!

My wife and I came to this cookout tonight. We order our food and pull up to the window and are waiting for our food. There’s a car in front of us, she handed basically almost everything back to them (assuming it wasn’t something she ordered) we pull up to the window, pay for our food. We can automatically tell that they are high and we can smell weed a little bit coming from the drive through window. She hands us out food and all of our containers have been open. We come to this cookout 2-3 times a week and this was not a good experience.

Went there for lunch today to see what the hype was about ( my coworkers always talk about the shakes). Dining room tables were dirty and the cashier was rude and incapable of taking an order correctly. After repeating and correcting the order, it was still made wrong (2 chicken sandwiches and a western burger no onions, not super custom or anything). Had the food made again, and it was still wrong. I ordered a water melon shake that was just cubes of watermelon suspended in vanilla ice cream. Not even blended.
