Honestly, this visit was disappointing. The food just wasn’t up to par — the onion rings weren’t fully cooked, and the fries came out cold. I even had to return one of my items because it was the wrong order, and it had extra things in it that I didn’t ask for.
On top of that, the customer service was poor. The staff had visible attitudes and didn’t seem interested in taking or correcting the order. Overall, it just wasn’t a good experience, and definitely not what I expect from Cook Out.

My girl had projectile vomit after we ate here just now. I believe it was from the coke machine as it was the only thing she had that no one else had. 8/10 times youre missing items in your order even if it’s slow. The other day we asked for a float with less ice cream and more coke and they literally gave us more ice cream and less coke. I’m giving up on this place there’s literally a bunch of other places to go to thankfully.

This is my favorite Cook Out to go to. It's always my Friday night neon moon after line dancing. Staff is always friendly and, even though they're busy, always serve with great attitudes. Food is delicious and if you're looking for fast food in Greensboro, the Cook Out on West Market is where you need to go.

DO NOT GO HERE. Had a friend who is deaf try to get food and was totally disrespected and had the window slammed in her face. She never got to order or anything, was just told to go back around like she would gain the ability to speak after driving around and waiting again.

Normal this location is great but tonite they were off there game. Super slow but nothing worse than waiting extra long for a wrong order. Tray missing corn dog, no jalapeno on cheese fries, out of spoons. Disappointing. At least sapp rd location close

The server at the drive thru only told me the price. She did not greet me, say thank you, nothing. She gave me my order and just closed the window.
First off the customer service here is terrible. The young lady at the window had a super attitude. Not oy was she sure she dropped my wife's change she didn't pick it up. She said oh my bad and the change stayed right there om the ground. I would never. The food is also sub par. The cajun chicken breast is half a breast . I heard of cutting corners but this is crazy. Hire better people and not people who are just looking for jobs. I will never go here again

Took my niece here as she was visiting from Argentina and several people had told her she had to try a milkshake from Cook Out before leaving NC. Being a Monday afternoon, we didn’t have much of a wait in the drive-through. Service was friendly and everyone enjoyed their milkshake. My personal favorite is the banana pudding milkshake!
