Cookie Plug

These were super oily, unevenly baked cookies. Really hard around the edges, mushy in the center. Plus we each went through a whole napkin per cookie just to soak up the oil. For how excessively self-hyping the marketing is, it’s kind of funny how bad these cookies were.

These are absolutely the worst cookies I've ever had in my entire life I cannot believe that y'all have this rating at a four point anything.
January 12th 2026 I bought the worst cookies that taste like dog food and sugar and dog food mix.
I didn't look in the bag initially I ordered of the bite size cookies so I can get a taste of each cookie and yuck e
Once we open the bag and saw that the cookies were inside of a ziplock bag I should have known it was trouble in Paradise.

I'll make the excuse that maybe just maybe the cookies had sucked up every piece of the ziplock tasting cheap bag and that's why they taste so cheap nasty and nasty and nasty
This is the worst $12 I've spent in the long time

We were passing through Greensboro and spontaneously stopped at this store to try their cookies. They are pretty excellent. Very crispy on the edges/outside but soft and gooey on the inside when warm. The strawberry cheesecake cookie was my favorite.

Horrible customer service, the girl up front treated me and my family poorly. Didn’t want to help when we asked about flavors she just shrugged her shoulders. I tried ordering different flavors with our 4 pack and she said it had to all be the same.

Our cashier was great and explained everything expertly. The cookies on the other hand were disappointing. We got the sample pack and an hour after we got them home, half were rock solid.

These cookies are thick, big and horrible sorry not sorry.! Money gone down the drain. They were hard as hell all the way around and in the middle too. The bottle drinks did not come cold and mine were leaking everywhere. Very disappointing …

we came in and got a variety pack of 12 flavors in the smallest size. $12.81. cookies were hard, and we genuinely couldn't tell what over half the flavors were. all tasted mostly the same - like oil. the salesperson was also quite rude, but she may have been having a bad day.

Peanut butter chocolate cookie was not good, it was greasy - I could not taste the peanut butter or the chocolate. One bite did it for me. They were out of napkins. How can you serve food with no napkins or at least a paper towel?

Experienced a sugar rush after eating the pink elephant cookie. Too too sweet. And this is coming from someone who love sweet things. However, the atmosphere is nice and Customer Service was on point.

Very mediocre cookies, no flavor and greasy! Took my husband there to try it out after eating at a local restaurant nearby for his birthday. Tasted like there was no sugar in them and really no flavor. We try almost every sweet treat place we come across… not impressed

i paid $8.54 for one cookie which is fine, but this cookie was HARD as a rock and clearly not fresh. you can taste that it was at least 4 days old. not worth it at all.
