Core Life is an amazing restaurant! The variety seems endless and you can travel to different cultures with every visit! Great for a quick lunch or hanging out for an hour with friends! If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and eat Here!!

Today I came in and being pregnant I don’t really have a major appetite. Embarrassed and feeling like I was going to be a bad customer today I explained to the sweet lady behind the desk what was going on and she listened and actually held a conversation with me! She was very understanding, asked me what was I having and how far was I in the pregnancy! She went with my dietary restrictions with care and I can’t thank her enough! Victoria thank you for amazing customer service!!!!

First I want to say I love corelife, however they have disappointed me two days in a row. I love their broccoli, something about the taste. Spicy and not too soft. So I called Monday just to check if they have all ingredients, no answer. Understandably the place stays busy. Ok I was direct to the automated teller, which was stated can help me out. I asked is there broccoli, respond is yes. I’m excited so I head to corelife to find out their out!! I’m upset!!! Next day same thing. But this time I called multiple times. No answer, I decided to just go they must be busy. Which they were but no damn broccoli. WTH!!!!!!!!!!!. I ask one of the employees how I suppose to know what you all have if no one answers the phone and your automated system is not accurate. Her response was just keep calling. Please update your system and answer your phone next time. Inconvenience me two days. 😭🤦♀️

Great service at this location for our first time. The staff was well educated on the products and ingredients! We enjoyed our dinner inside the restaurant 😋 where there was plenty of foot traffic, mostly to-go and some dine-ins. A few tables needed to be wiped. However, the staff was so busy serving customers 😀 Fabulous way to end our weekend trip 🙌 😎

NO LONGER ALLERGEN FRIENDLY
When I started eating here in 2019 I was *thrilled* to find a celiac+allergen friendly place serving gut-healthy, in-house made stocks and gluten free grain based bowls. Alas, a corporate entity saw their success, and ever since this place was bought out, it's been on a steady decline in food safety and quality. My breaking point is the removal of the GF Mac n Cheese, and continued addition of gluten-containing options to the menu. There is *very little* care given to cross contamination and no one knows what celiac disease is and they're just kinda tired of hearing the complaints about the GF Mac n cheese at this point.
Greensboro is a wasteland for celiacs, ya'll, and I'm just going to stick with Ilobesca.
Quiet and comfortable dining area. Service is quick. The food was very delicious and lots of customization options. I would highly recommend.

I like the options but this establishment frowns on massaging the kale. It’s like eating cardboard. Kale needs massaged then chopped after its bath. Other than that, great options.
