calling customers and telling them they owe money and they didn't pay from the last time they came in, all because of a glitch in your payment processing system is bad business. Shouldnt you have insurance for this? I paid with a Visa gift card and I didn't keep it because the payment initially cleared. But now Costco tells me I will have to pay this again when I come in. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, I advise you check with attorneys and your insurance company and even the insurance of that 3rd party payment processor your used that failed you rather than expecting your customers to clean up this mess for you. I will be calling the corporate office as well. Don't bother your customers with this.

Our online order delivery today has been disastrous! I'm slightly upset. Sofa delivered by Innovel: in box it was too large to get through door, and they refused to take it out of the box so it would fit in door, so my brother who was the recipient of the deliveries told them to leave it they left it in stairwell and his neighbors couldn't get out their door, he recently had surgery and was not supposed to lift anything, when after 30 minutes I finally got someone from Costc

Never have been until now. Never a member until now. Spent $400 in one trip. Won’t need trash bags, gallon bags, quart bags, dishwasher tabs, ors washing machine tabs until spring of 2021. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Their Kirkland house brand products are consistently high quality. The store is always clean. Their highly motivated and properly paid staff make even long lines move quickly. I've been a member for years, but was motivated to come leave a review today because of their responsible decision to require masks of all customers in light of the pandemic. I strongly support this move and thank Costco for doing it. It makes me more comfortable being in the store.

I love Costco! And they have been doing a great job in this weird time of COVID. They have put practices in place to limit social contact should you need to go there. And Tyler at the pharmacy was so helpful! He worked with me over the phone to get me 2-3 months worth of prescriptions.

Costco is an awesome store. Jean's, sweaters, socks, pans, food, everything and anything. For womens shirts also and that, it is reasonable priced, and this costco is not mad crazy busy. Go in the morning and there is alot more parking and not too crowded.
