Such a disappointment. I waited awhile for drink order. Place was not busy. Then I waited 40 minutes for my food, again they were not busy. I ordered a pancake option for $10.99 and was overcharged because server put it in as a mommas breakfast and chocolate chips. I ordered a $5 to go that was forgotten about and waited another 20 minutes for them to bring me the $5 to go order. Was not a good experience. Also, I never remember being so many up charges at CB. The last time I was there I had confirmation of a pie pick up and they could not find my order so I waited a really long time at the cashier while it took three people to sort it all out. Food was fine. Just service.

Cracker Barrel seems to be trying to fix their mistakes. Went to the South Elm location last night. Everything went well. I still think they need to get rid of the beer.

This is a great Cracker Barrel that my wife and I have enjoyed going to for years. The staff always takes care of us and we love to shop in the store around Christmas time!

We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast yesterday morning and our waitress and our food were both top notch. Only complaint: restaurant was quite cold. Everybody there including us kept our jackets on. We weren't close enough to the fireplace to feel the warmth. It sure was pretty though.

I have been going for at least five years on Elmsley Street in Nc. They are consistent with the food service and taste. Staffing very pleasant and very respectful. Amazing crew and management 🥰

Excellent Cracker Barrel, we stopped in last night on 3/7 and ate. Our waiter was excellent, he was very friendly and checked on us frequently, we didn't go without drinks or anything we needed. The restaurant, store and bathrooms were clean. Food was excellent and other employees were friendly. Minimal wait time to be seated and getting our food! We will definitely return.
