We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast yesterday morning and our waitress and our food were both top notch. Only complaint: restaurant was quite cold. Everybody there including us kept our jackets on. We weren't close enough to the fireplace to feel the warmth. It sure was pretty though.

I have been going for at least five years on Elmsley Street in Nc. They are consistent with the food service and taste. Staffing very pleasant and very respectful. Amazing crew and management 🥰

Excellent Cracker Barrel, we stopped in last night on 3/7 and ate. Our waiter was excellent, he was very friendly and checked on us frequently, we didn't go without drinks or anything we needed. The restaurant, store and bathrooms were clean. Food was excellent and other employees were friendly. Minimal wait time to be seated and getting our food! We will definitely return.

Biscuits are too doughy. Formula not right or they haven't been cooked long enough.

I had the Shepherds pie. Not good it was all mashed potatoes and Hasbrowns. I had three small pieces of meat and about four pieces of carrots the rest was mashed potatoes and a cover over the entire dish of hasbrowns. Hashbrowns were soggy meat was good but for the cost I should be getting more then starches. Maybe 1/3 cup of gravy
My wife's chicken tenders was more like chicken Jerky and cold.
Had to ask for biscuits and my fried okra.
You guys have really went down in your food quality over the past year. I'm done with CB

Sunday is always busy, yet they cannot seem to get their act together. The Kitchen manager needs to be fired or retrained. Floors are always dirty. Tables are not wiped clean very well. Food is not getting out to the tables quick enough. Food is barley warm.

The wait time was 50 minutes after food was ordered. The biscuits were undercooked and breakfast food was horrible. Eggs tasted like they’d had been microwaved. Not typical of other Cracker Barrel’s I’ve been to but this visit was really bad.

Truly understaffed. Took an hour for take out. Food was cold. Updating this review as my takeout yesterday was horrible. This time I complained about once again cold food. They remade it and to my shock it was still cold. How can this happen? Third portion they brought out was super hot! Hmmm. Using a microwave? The peach cobbler was $5.69 and came in a round cup 2 inches wide and 2 feet deep. The meat for the meatloaf was so pulverized the texture was mush. And to top it off the manager got upset with me when all I wanted was a hot meal like customers who dine in get.

Very good food and service and turkey dressing meal. Great service. Went again. Very good service and food. Roast Beef very tender and flavorful. Mac and cheese ok, hash brown casserole and green beans good. Friend liked her chicken with hash brown casserole and cheese good. Went again with friends and Country fried steak and hash brown casserole and broccoli casserole good. Green beans overcooked a and shrunken. New visit. Fried steak and green beans with hash brown cass. Allvery good. I think the last time I had fried steak it was a steak not a cubed steak like this time. The fried steak the first time was more impressive. Biscuits and corn muffins were very good.

I order a Fried pork chop dinner and a Home style Chicken dinner. I did look at it before I left but when I got home I noticed that BOTH dinners had pork chop, I dont eat pork chop. I called the store back (2 times) and the lady said she would give me a free meal because of the mix up( have not gone to get it because of snow). The second part the Mac and Cheese tasted like soap. And last I bought stuff in store while waiting on my food and the cashier did not ask for my rewards number but asked the lady behind me, and I tried putting in my order number on website for peg points and it would not go through.
