This was the perfect place to have a catch up dinner with friends. The food was delicious, the service was great. We will definitely be back!

Plenty of food at decent price. Fried chicken was good, grilled chicken not so good. Must be marinated in something that was not appealing to us. Biscuits, okra, dumplings very good. Ice tea must of been poured over ice when hot. Tea not cold. Was so dark inside, had trouble reading menu. They stay busy, and we will be back.

we waited 20 minutes for our food and when it came out it was cold. when the server told the manager he is like it cant be cold it is warm in our restaurant. not sure what that has to do with our food. also the table behind us stated they had cold food. Same server.

I visited Cracker Barrel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We were already seated at table 211 and waited about an hour for our food to be served. Even simple requests like napkins and bread took an unusually long time to receive.
I asked to speak with a manager regarding the situation, but that request went unanswered and there was no response or follow-up. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but a simple acknowledgment or willingness to address a concern would have gone a long way.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the long wait times made this a very frustrating experience.
