Go somewhere else. That double charged me and would not return my phone calls to get it straightened out. See google review.
This is the second time we have tried a restaurant in this location and both were disgusting. The first was supposed to be an authentic New Orleans take. It was anything but that. The food was subpar at best and not seasoned well. The food is terrible, we tried the crab boil, which had too much seasoning on it. You couldn’t taste the flavor of the food for the excessive amount of seasoning they put on it. We tried their chicken wings as an appetizer, they were OK. The chicken tasted old as if it was cooked earlier in the day and had been sitting out. They placed it in the microwave put Lemmon pepper seasoning on it and serviced it. We tried the shrimp and the cat fish both were bland with no flavor at all. If I could give a 0 I would. They need a real chief.
Food was great. But the service was not… On our first trip in, we barely saw our server. On our second trip in, we were told that they would not honor the online price for the Crazy Crab Feast at $250 and we ‘settled’ for the in-house price of $275 (which had different foods) I do understand that most of the prices are set in ‘Market price’ However, we were straight up told “no, that would not be honored’ there was no discussion nor alternative options given.
Unfortunately, this is the 3rd or 4th restaurant operating in this building and none of them have survived. This one won't either. Prices are too expensive, service not very good, and our lunch items were average at best. The whiting was OK, but was likely frozen before being cooked. The blue crab dip was disappointing. When you've had really, really good crab dip, it is not hard to be disappointed. The flavor was OK. Nothing stands out about the meal except the poor service and we were the only ones in the restaurant.
I'll give zero star if I could. Service is very good but the food is horrible. Oyster on shell definitely went bad that I have to immediately spit out because it tastes like dead animal. The seafood is cold and tastes like reheated leftover. I don't normally give bad reviews but have to this time. Bad food with $100 price tag! Crazy.
It was fine but nothing special. We got two orders of a pound of crab and half pound of shrimp for$34. I might suggest going to buy your own crab and shrimp at the grocery store behind the restaurant and cook it yourself. The food was the same as you would make at home.
I've been twice. I had the Salmon the first time, back in 2020 and it was good, sides were too. Tonight I had the shrimp po'boy sandwich and my girlfriend had the fried shrimp, we both had fries as the side. Although the flavor of everything was good, both of us are feeling quite sick afterwards. My dad got the fried catfish strips and is feeling fine though. Steer away from the shrimp I guess.
The food is always good snd the portion sizes are large. It's nice you can order from door dash with this restaurant as well. Bon produit!
I couldn't be happier with the care/handling that Amanda and her team gave to my group. We were celebrating a co-worker's retirement. From our first conversation requesting a special table to allowing us to bring in table decorations - they were so very accommodating. The night of the dinner went off without a glitch. Food and drinks were perfect and served with extremely pleasant attitudes. Keep up the good work. We will most certainly return again.
Just got done eating at the crazy crab on new garden... the food took forever to come out, it was almost like the kitchen staff was sleeping on the job. That being said Brittany (manager) and Madeline (server) we're great and made our experience better just by providing excellent customer service, Thank You! ?

We were driving by and on the spur of the moment decided to stop for dinner. We both got the $36. meal with 1/2 pound shrimp, 1/2 pound king crab legs, and a small lobster tail. We chose the"everything" seasoning which I would not try again. If we go again, I would have the Garlic Butter seasoning. We were each given a crab cracker but we really needed the small thin 2 prong seafood forks to get the meat from inside the thin crab legs. We asked for them. The server said everyone asks for them, but the owner will not buy them. Each seafood boil comes to the diner in a large plastic bag. Diners are given a big lobster bib and a pair of clear plastic gloves. My husband wore the gloves to eat and I did not - my mistake. This is very messy eating. Along with the previously mentioned seafood we also received 3 large boiled new potatoes and a small cob of corn - probably about 1/3 of an ear. The server was attentive. For what you got, we think that this meal was very over priced.
Great service from our sweet waitress Rai & manager Amanda. Food was good too. There was a little hiccup with our order & they both were so friendly & quick to correct it. Will definitely be back.
The pasta was delicious. The salad and wings are great. Kaitlyn was our waitress and she was so nice and helpful. I highly recommend coming here.
My sister and I had lunch at the New Garden location and it was a wonderful experience. Our server Rai was friendly and fun and the food was delicious. We started with the crab dip, I had the whiting strips basket and we finished up with beignets! The portions are large…I was expecting small strips of fish but they were very big, and the tarter sauce was really good. The manager came to our table and we had a great conversation with her. They have a nice covered outdoor space and also a private room you can request in advance and there’s no rental fee like some restaurants charge. Highly recommend!
The best deal here is the build your own meal with headless shrimp. For about 20 bucks you get one pound of shrimp, two corn, two potatoes all tossed in a delicious butter garlic sauce (or spicy sauce if you can handle serious heat). I will buy five pounds of shrimp like this and will add in some sausage and voila - an easy to serve dinner party feast.
