I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! I came during the week of the dubai chocolate brownie and it was a hot mess and selling out fast. Thanks to Kendall at this store she made sure i got my order with no hassle! She’s the best.

I've had Crumbl before (Scottsdale, AZ circa 2019) so this isn't new to me. I get the hype it has had however and the perpetual lines and high reviews on several review platforms speaks for itself. Yes. These are good cookies. This location gets busy with the aforementioned lines but has calmed down a tad.
