The food they served was dry and barely seasoned, not at all what we had contracted for. The presentation was also quite poor, not at all reflective of the elegant affair we had envisioned. To their credit, they did provide us with a 15% refund, but I wish I had pushed for more given how dissatisfied we were with their overall performance on our special day. The food at the tasting was much better than on the actual wedding day (do not pick an item you did not taste). I did not taste the salmon at the tasting. On the wedding day the salmon was dry with no trace of the bourbon sugar glaze we had contracted for. The steak was also very dry. The presentation was subpar. The broccoli was so overcooked it was white. However, the passed appetizers (bruschetta and meatballs were good). While the rest of our wedding was amazing, the poor quality of the catering left a bad taste in the guest mouth, both literally and figuratively. Guests are still talking about the poor food that was served at our wedding. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen a different catering company.

Gene was personally there to make sure everything exceeded our expectations, and they definitely did. And beyond!! The food is spectacular.. like some of the best I’ve ever had. I never thought I’d have food that good at our wedding!! The food at the tastings was exactly the same on the day of, and they had so many options to choose from. Not to mention - they allowed us to personalize our meal selection as the bride and groom to anything we wanted. He even sent us home with 2 full meals for the next day.
