I highly recommend culinary visions catering! My guests were so impressed with the food and they definitely did a great job. We hired them through Bella Collina Mansion as part of our all inclusive package and had a private tasting to decide on our menu. It was absolutely delicious. We had one concern about how the food would be when prepared in bulk and they exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic and my guests kept going back for more and there was maybe a single plate of food left at the end of the night! Highly recommend!!

This company seemed to have changed their website or their company name, they catered my daughter's wedding in April, it was awful, the food was cold, they served low quality ribeye in place of petit filet which was on my menu. Absolutely embarrassing for my husband and I. People brought the food home for their dogs. My review is no longer here therefore I am writing it again to prevent others from being embarrassed. the worst part is when I called to complain the girl that answered actually laughed and said, petit filet does not mean filet mignon. Please don't book.

The staff was extremely responsive any time I had questions and they made sure we had everything we wanted and needed for our wedding day. The tasting experience beforehand was very well organized and we were able to taste a variety of food to see what we wanted for our final menu. The food was also reasonably priced for a wedding event. I highly recommend them for your catering needs.

While the team at Visions Catering & Floral was prompt, responsive and professional in their communication, the quality of their work left much to be desired. The food they served was dry and barely seasoned, not at all what we had contracted for. The presentation was also quite poor, not at all reflective of the elegant affair we had envisioned. To their credit, they did provide us with a 15% refund, but I wish I had pushed for more given how dissatisfied we were with their overall performance on our special day. The food at the tasting was much better than on the actual wedding day (do not pick an item you did not taste). I did not taste the salmon at the tasting. On the wedding day the salmon was dry with no trace of the bourbon sugar glaze we had contracted for. The steak was also very dry. The presentation was subpar. The broccoli was so overcooked it was white. However, the passed appetizers (bruschetta and meatballs were good). While the rest of our wedding was amazing, the poor quality of the catering left a bad taste in the guest mouth, both literally and figuratively. Guests are still talking about the poor food that was served at our wedding. If I had to do it over again, I would have chosen a different catering company.
