I would give them a -0 if that was even possible. They are very rude. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager wasn’t even courteous enough to come speak with me. They told me that my order would be ready at 11:30 PM I got there at 11:45 PM and they told me it still wasn’t ready. I got it at 11:59. I asked if for my wait since they made me come in the day before to make the payment of $42 if they would at least give a drink or something for my wait because this was something I was doing for my students for their lunch in which they would not get to enjoy at that time. The person at the counter went back to get the management and management refused and offered to refund me and keep the order that I waited extra time for. I will never visit this establishment again or recommend it to anyone ever.

Transparency is always on the menu with me. Aki saltfish!!! WHAT MORE CAN I SAY OTHER THAN ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS? Customer service here.... not so good. But I believe it's a cultural thing. They're not rude but in my experience, just not great customer service. Atmosphere not so good. The parking is horrible. But back to the Aki saltfish, ORDER IT. This is my third visit. Twice I got food to go and today I ate in. The jerk chicken is about the best I have ever had! Peas and Rice are very good and the cabbage was cooked perfectly! I have had the Boston Jerk Pork and did not care much for it because I was expecting Boston butt pork and not sliced pork Tenderloin. The Jerk Wings were good. Over all...4 stars...but I am giving them 5 because they are being authentic to JAMAICAN food.
