Last weekend, I attended a conference in Greensboro where Da'Jerk Machine catered. Chef Sal and Candice were so hospitable and gave me a sample of the chicken and pork. Yummy! Then I couldn't decide which 2 dinners I should order. I called my hubby and asked what he wanted, so I ordered the chicken and oxtail meals. We shared the meats with one another. They both were soooo good and flavor-Full !! Wishing I could order more from here in Michigan.

I can't say enough good things about Da’Jerk Machine! We recently had them cater our event, and every interaction with their team was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we reached out, their representatives were incredibly kind and professional, making the planning process a breeze.
The Chef truly outdid themselves with the preparation, execution, and delivery of the food. It was absolutely delicious! Our guests, who are all familiar with Jamaican cuisine, raved about every single dish. The Jerk Chicken was perfectly spiced, the Peppered Shrimp was a crowd favorite, and the cabbage, rice, and peas complemented everything beautifully.
The food truly was one of the highlights of our event, and I can't thank Da’Jerk Machine enough for bringing such incredible flavor to our gathering. They really know how to elevate a meal and make your taste buds dance!
