The staff and owner had a poor attitude and there was no service at all even though there were just two tables of customers. Everyone was unwelcoming and rude. Me and my family came here for lunch, and all of us were disappointed with our meals. Unfortunately, the experience put a damper on our day, and we regret choosing this place. We will not be coming back.

We had an extremely disturbing experience at Danji. While dining with our baby, we were preparing to go to the restroom to change a diaper after being reminded by a staff (or maybe the owner). We immediately stood up and complied. However, the staff member continued to question us aggressively, and as he walked away, he turned around and said the Korean profanity “ssibal (씨발)” against us ,which is an extremely vulgar curse word equivalent to the F word in English. This was shocking, abusive, and completely unacceptable behavior against customers, especially a family with a child. This restaurant clearly lacks basic professionalism and respect. We will never return and strongly advise people to avoid this place.

This restaurant is not what is used to be. The ox bone soup has no bone-in cuts but just the briskets. The spicy okra? soup has so few meats and vegetables. The small dishes are changed. Very disappointing.

The food and the banchan is always delightful and I love coming here for the Korean food when I’m in Greensboro. The service is a bit lacking, but nothing off-putting. Definitely worth it

This place used to be really good. But recently we ordered to go and they were beyond awful. Bulgogi was overly sweet, and tonkatsu was so dry and flat, my soup tastes like it was made with the premade package. Not to mention the portion size was so ridiculously small we were all hungry after spending average of $20 per person. Not sure what happened but I am so disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be back for a while.

I’ve given this place multiple chances, but the issue is that I cannot overlook the service. I’ve visited three times in the past year and once recently this week, and each time the service has gotten worse. While the food is enjoyable, it does not make up for the poor attitude from the staff. Every server I’ve interacted with has been unwelcoming and rude, which creates a very disappointing environment. I truly hope management or owners addresses this, because this place could be much better with friendly employees/servers at the front. I wish them good luck but we will not be coming back.

I had a Jjamppong. Fantastic! So delicious if you like spicy food.
Absolutely delightful little hidden gem in a large strip mall! Upon entering, we were immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who seated us! The atmosphere was nice, very cozy, and quiet, though it wasn't very busy at the time. They started us off with a wonderful array of tiny, but shareable dishes, some of which I'd never tried before anywhere!? Though one or two were a little bit too spicy for me, they were ALL delicious!😋 For my entree, I ordered the Katsu (breaded pork cutlet) and my sister ordered the Bibimbop. We were BOTH very satisfied with our choices of entrees & enjoyed just being present with each other. We're very committed to eating at Danji again!!!😋❤️ Can't wait to try something different next time!! If you're in or around the Greensboro area, do yourself a favor, try DANJI for yourself!! You won't be disappointed!!🥰
