I typically love delicious bakery. However I was let down big time. I bought a cake today and had them write on it. The writing was extremely sloppy and even had gaps. Iām very disappointed as I always buy cakes here and this cake was for a special someoneā¦I wouldāve been better off trying to write on it myself. Very disappointed as I love this bakery. I donāt think Iāll be coming back after this.

I went to this establishment for the first time today to pick up my first order which was a whole pumpkin pie and it was DELICIOUS!! ..If the pumpkin is this good I can't wait to try the sweet potato pieā¤ļø Staff was friendly and made sure I was taken care of without me standing around. I'll definitely be back with friends and family

The first time I came here, I had one of the best coffees of my life. I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The last few times Iāve gone, the baristas have made the worst coffees Iāve ever had. Not only this, but they had terrible customer service and seemed to be annoyed that I was bothering them. As a person who works in customer service, I am disgusted by the lack of common curtesy; simply greeting someone walking in the door should be a no brainer! Also, when you ask for whip cream on top, I would assume common sense would tell you to add more than a small dribble? See pic for reference. Not trying to be a hater, but this is not a cafe I would ever recommend or go back to.

Horrible service. Very disappointed with how I was treated. Iāve never had an issue here until now, but the baker/decorator was extremely dismissive. Every inspiration picture I showed for my baby shower cake was rejected, even something as simple as a plain cake with a ribbon. Iāve seen all the creative designs theyāve made for other customers, yet every idea I brought by email, phone, and even in person kept getting turned down without explanation. It was frustrating and unprofessional, especially during such an important occasion. The decorator made the experience very disappointing.

I haven't been to their new location but I always enjoy their cakes and they have a good assortment of items. My first experience with them was when my mother got here wedding cake from here back in 2014. It was a fun experience and the cake was beautiful and delicious. Since they'll I started popping in every once in a while for dessert. Once I moved to the other side of town my visits decreased but I still like to stop in when I'm nearby for a couple of slices. I ordered a birthday cake from here before. It was a simple process and the cake was well made. So I recommend them for weddings, birthdays, and random points.

Gone are the friendly staff, the endless choices of fresh sugary treats, and value for your money.
The staff were less than personable or attentive. The cupcakes were small and dry, the apple crisp (the one my husband waits all year for) was just āehā, and the item selection smaller.
We were very disappointed to say the least. After 8 years of enjoying Delicious itās time to find somewhere new.
