Delicious ice cream, cake, and cookie dishes, fun gift shop, and friendly staff. Highly recommend. And free cake on Mondays!

The best bakery! Very nice establishment with friendly and generous staff. I ordered a few slices of cake and they gave me so much extra that I had to give some to my family! Love them!

I hate that Dewey's isn't what it used to be. We tried our favorites from Winston days. Napoleon (pastry is not flaky any more, filling taste like JELLO cheesecake), cream horn (ok) and lemon bar (old pastry and the custard didnt have the lemon bite to it). Second time to be disappointed.
For the ones that didnt know Deweys before....it was the best bakery. It was worth driving to driving to Winston for. The one at friendly hasnt reminded me of the bakery I grew up on yet.

I recently visited the store in Greensboro.The establishment was clean. My dessert was outstanding, but would really made my experience. Pleasant was a young lady (she has locs)that was working in there tonight Hands down she had the best customer service.!

We started coming here for the pastries, but we stay coming back for the amazing people. Tasha is the SWEETEST person ever, if you go, definitely show her some love. Fantastic pastries and fantastic humans.

I love coming here when I’m in Greensboro! They have the Best key lime pie ice cream! The lemon bars are amazing too! I haven’t had anything here that wasn’t good!

I’m a driver for uber eats and I stopped in for a pick up. The ladies there were so sweet and offered me a piece of cake. It was honestly the best cake I’ve ever had. It was so light, fluffy, and moist. It had the perfect amount of frosting, which was so velvety and light. I will definitely be returning as a customer myself!

The staff was so helpful, answered the questions I had, and even included a free sample with my order! The doozies are to die for, they are so decadent and such a nice indulgent treat. And the cake squares are great too, with a variety of flavors to choose from. My personal favorites were red velvet, strawberry, and cookies and cream! The atmosphere of this store is just very upbeat and happy, so definitely stop by when you can!

A group of us went to Dewey's on Friday evening. It was about 10 minutes until closing, but we had just finished dinner and thought we would get desert there. The lady behind the counter was not happy about us showing up. We were told that she was not making any Dewies that she had stopped making them at 7 pm. I can understand being overwhelmed by a group of almost 20 showing up so late but the manner she said it was very rude. Your business lost about 15 Dewies that night and a lot of future business from our group. Most people left with nothing due to her rudeness. I believe it would have been a different outcome if she would have at least let us know she wasn't making any more with a different attitude and tone.

Emailed about celebration cake/baby shower cake. No replies (except for a coupon) been over a month. :(

They get a 3star due to the lack of customer service., no greet, not smile. Being this was my first time there no suggest to sale me on anything. My daughter and I felt so weird. The tension between the older white lady and black young lady was so thick you could cut it with a knife. Other than the uncomfortable 5 minutes the Boston cream pie mini was good.
