Excellent pastries and a very friendly staff.
Dolce&Amaro Italian Artisan Bakery has become one of my absolute favorite spots. We first stumbled upon it while exploring the Greensboro area, and ever since that first visit, we've always come back!
Their sfogliatelles are spectacular, and we frequently order these to pick up. On spontaneous visits, we love stopping in for a good coffee and a sweet treat. Personally, I recommend their Lobster Tails and their Marilyn Monroe coffee. This particular drink was something unique to me, as it is topped with Chantilly cream.
Such a great spot, I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!
I recently placed an order for an eggless and nut free cake for a graduation party. The staff were very responsive and worked with me on the allergy specifications.
The cake was super moist and fluffy and everyone really enjoyed and appreciated the raspberry flavor cake.
Thank you very much for making the graduation cake enjoyable by all the kids.
As someone from China, I’ve always found it hard to enjoy American desserts because they tend to be overwhelmingly sweet for my taste. It’s been years since I last had a cream puff I truly liked. While traveling to Greensboro, I asked ChatGPT for cream puff recommendations—and this place came up. Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations at first… but wow, I was completely blown away!
Every single dessert I tried was incredibly delicious—like, shockingly good. It was exactly the kind of flavor profile I’ve always imagined the perfect pastry/cake should have. I genuinely felt like I’d found dessert heaven.
I used to lived in a small town in another state with no access to good Asian-style desserts. I even spent years learning to bake my own cakes and pastries from scratch—and people have told me I’m really good at it! Since starting full-time work, I haven’t had the time to bake much, but I still consider myself someone with high standards for desserts. And I have to say: this place seriously impressed me. Their pastries are so fresh, the flavor of real eggs comes through beautifully, and the textures are just perfect.
I never expected to find something this good in Greensboro. I want to recommend this gem to everyone! And by the way—the prices are incredibly reasonable, too!
My absolute favorite bakery. Everything I've ever had here has knocked my socks off. A must try
Not fully cooked, $8 for 2 croissants, not properly proofed, or baked. So disappointed, 1st visit. Entire center is raw dough. Ugh. What a waste.
Totally awesome ! Loved it
Absolutely delicious gluten-free desserts!!!
Great pastries and espresso! Very friendly service. Can’t wait to come back.
This is my favorite go to bakery in Greensboro. They have wonderful cakes and other treats and their coffee is great. I always order my birthday cake from here because they are so good. I would recommend that if you haven’t tried them yet then you should.

They have a wide selection of pastries for a very affordable price. I love coming back and trying the their pastry selection.
The lobster tail berry one is my top pick, I wasn’t able to get hands on the Neapolitan cake but I heard great things about it.
Overall in the college town it’s pretty great spot for everyone
I tried the triple chocolate mousse and the millefoglie cake. Both were delicious! The place was not busy and mostly clean. Some crumbs left on the table from the previous customers. The prices are reasonable and worth it for the flavor and texture of the pastries.

Absolutely delicious! The hot chocolate is such a unique taste, the red velvet cake was fresh, the dark chocolate macaroon was super good, and the chocolate mousse is something that's make me wanna come back. Price is a bit much, but considering how much everything costs now and the cost to run a business, I'd say it's worth it if someone can afford it!
Dietary restrictions: They have options for gluten free and dairy free milk!

We are visiting from western New York and came for authentic treats. Presentation, taste and staff nailed it! The pistachio puff was out of this world. We will be regulars when we relocate!
