Called the store to order and after being put on hold for over 30 min was informed that the promotion I wanted to use on the order was only available for online orders and would not be honored on an order placed over the phone even though my order was not able to be placed online

So extremely disappointed!! My boyfriend tried to place an order twice around 11 pm and was told that the was no one there that “wanted” to take the delivery order so they offered pick up or to cancel it. That is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, why do you have delivery drivers if they’re not going to do their job. Entire night shift needs to be reprimanded. So disappointed!

Worst Experience Ever!
I ordered from this location via Uber Eats, and it was an absolute disaster. It took almost TWO HOURS for my food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and looked like it had been thrown together haphazardly in the box. I wasn't updated about the delay at all, and had to call twice for any information. When I finally got in touch with the driver, he mentioned they only just gave him the order when he was on his way to get tea – seriously?! There was no apology, no compensation, nothing.
When I called the location, the first thing I heard on the voicemail was that they were hiring – clearly, they need more than just help; they need properly trained staff who know how to handle orders and customers.
Never ordering from this location again. Extremely disappointed!

There driver “ Santiago “ needs to be fired , I ordered 2 pizzas and a marble brownie cookie and a sprite using my rewards. He came into my neighborhood and literally turned right back around without calling. He wasn’t even in front of my home because I was waiting on the front porch. He sat in the bojangles restaurant where eventually I pulled up and he was eating the food. BUT OVERALL EVERYBODY EXCEPT SANTIAGO DOES A GREAT JOB !

We spent 70$ and that included a tip!! The pizza and wings had no sauce! They selling bread sticks with toppings!! I could stump my foot on the pizza and no sauce would come out!! All they offered was free points when you order again! I will never order from them again !!

So disappointed in my order today for so many reasons. You had a special posted on the pamphlet but then told me I couldn't have that special, then why is it sitting here for me to see but can't have. I was told to get the handmade pan pizza Black box... Some slices of pizza didn't have sauce cheese or my mushroom topping on it. Maybe it was a rush job I don't know but I had more dough than pizza toppings. I don't know if people are falling all over themselves for mushrooms but it could have been more mushrooms on the pizza as well considering the fact that two whole slices had no toppings on it whatsoever. Very disappointed I came back to work and tried to give it away.

I give Domino’s a five star because my pizza was on time hot and fresh delivery guy was pleasant so yes, they deserve a five star. twice l have ordered from this location in my experience have been good. thank you, Alex for making and also thank you Daryl for delivering.
