Just got my pizza and chocolate cakes. Pizza is great but the chocolate cakes looks like one fell on the floor and they picked up about half of the pieces and threw it in there. I’m shocked they would have delivered this.

This red haired girl was EXTREMELY RUDE when I went to pick up my pizzas for my sons sleepover I heard her comment about how fat I was for ordering more than 2 pizzas. That was extremely rude and messed up my whole day. I will not be coming back to this location bc of said girl.

These guys will forget to give you your 2 litters drinks. Half of it is my fault for forgetting also but there is no solution. They absolutely will not bring it to you and will not put the money back on your card. The money is there's at that point.

The wildest pizza ever... walked out with 3 cheese pizzas tonight that I didn't even order. I had to walk them back inside....And then your employees didn't even bother to re-make the pizzas....just served them to the next customer after I already opened the boxes. Thats nasty...

I ordered one large and one small pizza at 6:52 on a Friday night. Estimated delivery time was approximately 32-47 minutes. At 7:46 with no delivery yet and no updates at all on the dominoes tracker app, I called to check on the pizza. I was told on the phone that they were short staffed on delivery drivers but that the pizza was on its way. That’s fair, i understand the shortage. At 8:07, still no pizza so I called again to check on it. Im only 3.5 miles away from this store. I was informed again that the pizza was on its away. I respectfully asked if they would double check since that’s what I previously been informed. I was put on a brief hold and a different lady returned to the phone. She confirmed that the pizza was in fact on the way but that the original driver had gotten “a flat tire”. At this point, I started to ask if they could either refund the pizza or offer me additional discount. She then was extremely rude to me, and said “do you want your food? If so then you aren’t getting a refund” and ended up hanging up on me.
Still love me some dominoes pizza, but there is no excuse for the way the lady spoke to me on the phone. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and will order from the Oak Ridge store instead.
My family and I order from this Dominos every week. The food is always hot, made exactly how we request and the employees are always friendly.

I placed an order last night for a pepperoni pizza with added shredded provolone cheese for my granddaughter. We discovered when we opened the box that we had a plain cheese pizza with no added provolone and no pepperonis. So, I called today and explained the situation to the manager on duty and he told me he couldn’t find the order because he couldn’t find my phone number. Poor product. Poor service.

Didn’t know ordering 2 hrs before closing on a Saturday night meant I was going to get the sloppiest pizza, driest garlic knots and warmest salad known to man for $40+. Not the first or second but definitely the last time I’ll be ordering from this location. Truly the WORST Dominos I’ve ever had and that’s a hard feat considering it’s a chain pizza spot and has various locations.
