Pizza was deliver cold, soggy, misshapen, sauce was sparse and toppings were inconsistent. Worst dominos pizza I’ve ever had.

I ordered online, paid with tip included, and chose the contactless delivery option. The female driver insisted on ringing the doorbell and waiting for me to come to the door, when I told her through the camera that my delivery was contactless, she still insisted on waiting at my door and literally asked me for a tip in which I did GENEROUSLY making that a total of her being tipped twice. Considering the sub par quality of the food and her negligence to read the ticket about the delivery being contactless and the included tip, I will not order from this location again.

The driver didn't even get out of the car. I had to go outside the business and get it. Didn't leave my ranch I paid for. The driver should rethink about he handles

I ordered a 1 14inch extravaganza pizza with extra bacon and cheesy stuffed with a 20 ounce Fanta soda the fanta soda was delicious but the extravaganza pizza with extra bacon was was the biggest rip-off I've ever bought from Dominos Pizza and I found out the cheesy stuffed bread was pure bread with very very little cheese in the stuffed bread I don't know why west market street dominos can create a poorly lazy made pizza and take complete compassion when they make the food . But dominos Pizza on randleman road in Greensboro NC makes extravaganza pizza and cheesy stuffed bread with no problem with compassion to not skimp on there meats my extravaganza pizza from dominos pizza on west market street had no meat on it at all and it had more cheese and sauce than anything else it's disgusting ! Domino's Pizza on west market street in Greensboro NC just lost a wonderful consumer coustomer . I guess customers get less respect these days for spending high prices on lazy made poorly put together pizza.

i ordered two pizzas and they were delivered and made incorrectly. I called the store and she put me on hold for 15 minutes and had to callback again. They said they would bring new pizzas. They were worst then the first ones that we ordered. Still raw on the inside. Such a waste of money.this location has gone downhill and is always so hit or miss on there products.

Placed a carry out order today. This location was extremely busy. 11 people standing inside waiting on pizza. The phone was ringing off the hook. Three employees making pizzas, one answering the phone, and drivers coming in and out. Thankfully everyone was patient and polite. Staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances. This is a very busy time of year, and it’s hard finding staff these days. Remember, no one is perfect, we ALL make mistakes, especially when rushed. Practice patience. So when they said my pizza had accidentally fallen in the trash & had to make me a new one, I just smiled and said that’s OK. It was only a few more minutes and well worth the wait, as the person I bought it for loved it.

Ordered using the App. Delivered to me in my truck at a business. Super fast, hot, and fresh. I bow down with gratitude to the team here. Special shout out to William, who delivered to me. Well-mannered, polite, courteous, and not in a hurry to throw my stuff at me and get back for another delivery. (LOL). I'm a big tipper for good service, but $ spent just on order was around $14.00. Not bad at all ! ?

Definitely the worst pizza I've ever tasted. Hadn't had Domino's and over 10 years and ordered it because local place was closed. Ended up throwing the pizza away. Was delivered cold, crust was super dry and there was a giant hole in the middle of the pizza. Reported to Domino's and they offered a free pizza which I did not want because the product was gross. Hope they make improvements, but lost my support. Best thing that came out of order is I got to donate to St. Jude's.

This location delivered the wrong pastas and pizza to me 10 mins before it closed. So I couldn’t even drive to get my meal corrected. A WASTE OF MONEY. It’s always something at this one. Never again.

Love Dominos in general. Always have.PROS:-Their Philly Cheesesteak (PCS) pizza is my hands down favorite❣️-Second is the Extravaganza pizza. It’s also cheaper to buy this, with nearly everything on it, and just pick off what you don’t like(if anything) vs custom ordering individual selections, with 4-8 items on the pizza!-The 3 moltan Lava Chocolate Cakes are DELICIOUS❣️I could eat a half dozen of them, but would prolly go into a choc-o-holic coma, trying to do so! LOLCONS:-The relatively new “loaded tots” (tried the PCS) was a hard pass, when I tried it a few months ago. It didn’t remotely taste like the same flavor vs in pizza format. There are VERY few foods that I’ve ever ordered anywhere, but literally thrown away half of the order, because I just couldn’t get through it. This was certainly one of those products.-Over the last few years, as a corporation, Domino’s has been making the exterior/side crusts larger and larger. That means less sauce, cheese, and toppings, because they don’t extend to the edge of the pizza ? pie. Obviously, this is a cost savings measure, to have 1.5-2.0” crusts, but unless you’re a fan of just plain ‘ol crusts (which I am definitely NOT), then it feels like, and IS a way of receiving less actual product. The ONLY way that I would be OK with this, is IF you would be offered one FREE dipping and/or garlic sauce, like their competitors (Papa John’s) do!-Similarly, the actual size of the 3 lava chocolate cakes is very tiny vs the size that they originally were, when introduced. ?-Additionally, the 3-lava cake prices vary widely (by almost 50%), depending upon what coupon “specials” are going on. I certainly wouldn’t order them when they’re priced at $5.99-$6.99*. Nope, put ‘em back down to $2.99-3.99 range + larger sizing, as in the past. Otherwise, I’d guess that there’s a fairly high profit margin on this product. ? Also, sometimes they come with a really nice coating of powdered sugar on top, other times, barely none. While I’d love to add another cup of the chocolate icing, I don’t need the extra calories ( nor $, just based on principle of “nickel and diming”, for every little thing) ‼️ And it’s certainly not necessary, because the lava cake “chocolate-iness” ?is plentiful, on its own ❣️

Manager was extremely rude. Tried calling the store about some of the pizza we had ordered and why it would not be delivered to the address we had assigned. Manager became very rude and hung up the phone. We drove up to the store to talk in person and they canceled our order for us and kicked us out. Terrible service. Manager wouldn’t give a name.

Manager was super rude and cussed at me and a couple friends when all I wanted was my pizza but they said they wouldn’t deliver because it was out of range but I only live 11 minutes away
