Worst pizza ever!!! I ordered 2 stuffed crust pepperoni and onions an hour ago the pizza is soogy and undercooked!! I would never EVER order domino's again I threw them in trash,(that bad it was) just lost 45 dollars ordering thru delivery!

I live 6 minutes away but somehow it took an hour to deliver. When my driver came she claimed she didn’t have change for a $20 bill but I feel like she intentionally said it to keep a bigger tip. I intended on tipping but since it took over a hour I didn’t think a $6 tip was fair…

Delivery took well over an hour when it was expected to take 30 minutes. Our pizza was cold upon delivery. In addition, Delivery driver told us he delivered our drinks and sauces to the previous house so he had to go get more. That took an additional 30 minutes to where we didn’t even need it anymore. I can’t get any kind of refund or any information from Dominos. 0/10 horrible experience.

The consumer service I receive 8/12 from your company today was the absolute worst I’ve ever received in my entire life! I’ve been working in customer service for over 13 years and never have I treated my customers so poorly! There was an issue with my order being delivered. They claim there wasn’t an apartment number however my account had my apartment number listed! I called the store to find out what’s the delay with the delivery. I was told she’ll bring the same cold pizza back to me. I advise her if that be the case I would like a refund the Worker hung up on. I called back and asked was the call disconnected or did she hand up on me. She replied “ I hung up cause you kept talking”. After that she hung up again. I made several attempts to contact the store to no avail. She continued to pick up and hang up on me. I was able to call over another number and ask for the manager “Keneeth” I explained the situation and not once did I receive a resolution or an apology. They don’t take him seriously as a manager because as he was speaking with me they were pressing buttons on the call so that he could hear me. He asked them to stop however they didn’t. I informed him I would contact corporate with my complaint! I received a email stating I would hear back and haven’t! This type of service is unacceptable!
The next day they took additional money off my card. Management said it was mix up with another order. To make up for it they were to give us pizza and wings but never gave us credit. I believe the driver tipped him self. Check your receipt when doing business with this company.

I order regularly and love how quick the staff is and the drivers try really hard, I always make sure I tip. Once in a blue moon the pizza is undercooked or some topping is missing, but Domino's makes that right easily. Love how quick they get here everything time, and the drivers are always friendly and respectful of your property.
