Lately this place has been horrible. They stay messing up my orders. One to many time!! They use to be good at everything even food. Now I feel like it's being rushed and or someone in there don't know how to read the orders correctly, because my orders either something missing or it's not cook all the way. Not cook all the way with chicken I could got sick and it could turn left real quickly. I hope it gets better like it was last year.

Exterior of building almost deterred us from eating but thought we’d give it a chance, since their sanitation grade was decent. Employee’s didn’t know national special or even their own specials, charging a dollar more than what is written on their own wall. Pizza quality was trash compared to other past dominos experience in Triad.

Only got my order messed up one time in 7 years and it was a big order $ 110 worth of pizza we also got salads and dipping sauce and bread knots multiple desserts the food was still very good but it was a big mess most people would not have eating it because of how bad it all looked but the very next day they replaced the entire with no charge and it was perfect and I have never had any other issues mostly came on time only a few times it arrived 10 to 20 minutes sooner than expected Great group hard working to be able to not mess up but one time and i believe I was a good reson for the messy food they take pride in their jobs

Domino's has always been one of my favorite go-to fast food restaurants for several different reasons honestly! One reason is for their online ordering process, which chooses the closest Domino's to the address that you give them when ordering for delivery. Secondly are all the different menu items they have to pick from. The coupons and deals they are always promoting always seem to be very cheap or affordable especially if you have a large family to feed because nobody can ever agree on one item, they all want something different for my third reason. And for my fourth and last reason is the extremely fast and time appropriate delivery time with the food always still very fresh, hot and cooked to perfection!

Seeking to provide pizza for a group of college students for an end-of-the-semester party, I ordered three pizzas online to be made by 4pm (giving them ample time to bake three pies). When I arrived after 4pm, not only were they still making my pizzas, but the cashier acted like I hadn't placed an order until I pulled up my confirmation email. One of the pizzas was not the kind I ordered and none of them were square cut as I had ordered. I will be taking my future pizza needs elsewhere.

First time ordering Domino's in a few years, I think. Quality has gone down and price has gone up significantly. Order was ready quickly. Tipped 20% on a pick-up order.I ordered at 9:15 and they close at 10. Pizza was under-done. Had to finish cooking the crust at home in the oven. They forgot to include my sauces. My fault for not checking while I was at the store which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. Overall, a pretty lousy, overpriced experience but partially my fault.
The staff here is consistently friendly and gets the orders right! I usually order through the app and pick the order up so I can't speak for their delivery service. This location is great, keep it up!

South Chapman Domino’s is a great one!!Ordered 7 pizzas for a child’s birthday party. Also ordered wings.All the pizzas were delicious, were exactly as requested and their customer service was impeccable. Management is very honest and caring, they actually called to let us know they forgot one dipping sauce for the wings. Most places wouldn’t care at all. We were impressed with them! If you want a good pizza in Greensboro then this is your place.
