I'm sad to give a bad review. I order from them on a weekly but tonight the pizza was dry!!!!! Like really dry. I think they need to retrain whoever made my pizza tonight. Yuk! I guess I need to find a new pizza place?

I order almostly weekly. My last order on Tuesday 10/2, the small pizza I ordered was literally still raw. I threw it away (we are remodeling our kitchen & have no stove) later on in the evening we opened the garden salad. It literally was rotten with water in it. Threw it away. The next day on my lunch hour I called the store, Ben the manager argued with me that the cheese has water in it and when it's heated up that happens. I'm like it's a salad! After explaining it was uneatable, he said what do you want me to do refund you? I said yes! He said okay and hung up. Really?
No refund as of yet.... probably because he doesn't know who I am. Domino's I have always appreciated the consistency of good food and awesome fast delivery! Not sure if this was an off night but even so the customer service from Ben wasn't acceptable.

When I call to order a pizza, I want to speak to a person, not a computer. I hung up and won't order again until I can speak to a human! Lost this customer!

I was trying to place an order through the app. I had enough points to redeem for a free medium 2 topping pizza. I added a couple of other items to my order and when I tried to check out, I got an error message that said that the app incurred an error and to please try again or to call the store to place my order. Ok, it let me go through the entire order process only to tell me that the app wasn't working at the very end. So I went back and tried again a few times, I tried deleting the whole order and reordering a couple of times and I tried deleting the order, closing the app, opening again and reordering. Still an error. So I called the store only to be told that they don't deliver to my address, in spite of the many times I've ordered from the exact same store before (3.7 miles away) by someone who could barely speak English. She said they don't deliver to my address and read off a completely different zip code than the correct zip code for my address. She told me this in spite of me telling her that she had the wrong zip code. I asked about the possibility of placing my order over the phone only to be told that the only way I could redeem my points was through the app. What??? That just seems wrong to me. Domino's, address this please! She seemed to not understand me or her job and wouldn't even check to see if they deliver here even after I told her she had the wrong zip code and I provided her with the correct one. I double checked it in my profile information in the app and it showed the correct zip code for my address so I have no idea where she got the wrong one from. She ended up transferring me to the store where she said delivered to my address. When they answered at the other store, again I was told that they don't deliver to my address. I was also told again that there's no way for me to use my rewards points on a telephone order. That person didn't seem to understand his job either. I got several "I don't know's" out of both of the employees who were at separate stores from each other. Again, I called the store I started with and was once again told the same thing as before. It was a different person the 2nd time I called the store I started out with. That guy seemed not to understand his job either so I finally asked for the manager. Beyond frustrated at this point. When the manager came on, he kindly checked my address and lo and behold, that original store does in fact deliver to my address but I was still told that points could only be redeemed in the app. I told him through no fault of my own, the app wouldn't let me complete my order when all that was needed was to complete my payment. He suggested that I go online and try it that way instead of using the app. That finally worked! Mr Manager at the original store gave me the only 2 useful pieces of information I got throughout the entire ordeal. Domino's, please fix it where your customers can use their rewards points if for whatever reason we are unable to complete placing our orders in the app or possibly online. Also, perhaps the employees need more training than what they're receiving.

I do apologize for the length of this review. I read reviews a lot when I'm considering making a purchase for an item or visiting somewhere I'm not familiar with so I hope this will perhaps help someone cut to the chase rather than having to go through an ordeal such as mine. Not many people would have dealt with all that. Most people would have given up before I did and just went somewhere else entirely. If this review only helps 1 person, then it was worth it.

My wife and I ordered last night for the first time in a few years and were pleasantly suprised.
Our pizzas were great! Other than the thins being a little not cut enough (which can happen with the thin crust, it can be tough to cut all the way through) they were pretty perfect pies. The young man who helped us was very nice and because we used the app we were in and out in literally 2 minutes ?

3rd time this has happened that my pizza didn't have garlic sauce on the crust. And I didn't or d er a specialty that doesn't come with it. I ordered a half and half chicken jalapeño and spinach and feta. I use to work here. I know it's not hard. Should have driving alittle further to papa johns......
