I’ve been ordering from this dominos for years and every time I order I can tell it’s a different team than last. I order online and every time my food comes it’s packaged horribly as if it was just thrown in the box with not care behind it. The only reason I continue to order here is because they’re the only business that delivers in the area.
We order from here a number of time & food is fresh and fast. But my one major complaint is that, every single employee was gloveless..boxing food, preparing food and the three employees that were making the pizzas… I work in a restaurant and know all procedures.. but it definitely made me not want to even pick up my order bc that is kind of disgusting.

3rd time this has happened that my pizza didn't have garlic sauce on the crust. And I didn't or d er a specialty that doesn't come with it. I ordered a half and half chicken jalapeño and spinach and feta. I use to work here. I know it's not hard. Should have driving alittle further to papa johns......

This dominos is really great. I only have one complaint. I have lived on huffine mill for 15 years and have always got deliveries if I call it in. I can't order through the app and use my points because it doesn't recognize that they deliver here, and now when I call in, it takes forever because of these new call centers they've set up. When I finally do get through, the call center tells me they can't deliver, and then I have to wait to speak to the store. All in all, I have no issues with the actual store, it's the app and call center.

I ordered 2 pepperoni xtra cheese and a BBQ chicken pizza and it was huge dough bubbles on the pizza so most pieces were like a cheese pizza no other toppings. Had to pack daughters lunch for night shift so don't have time for them to remake. Every time I order here I have to get something remade especially if it's a pan pizza. I need to go back to ordering from other pizza places might be a little further drive but after multiple trips trying to get order right it's technically same driving time.

Always forgets toppings. I ordered a buffalo pizza and they didn’t even add the buffalo sauce. This has not happened only once but more than 3 times. Very disappointing as they forget one of the main toppings.

They were friendly and service was good. However my thin crust pizza was burnt, cold, and missing a topping.
Will never do delivery from here again. Ordered at 7:45pm, finally got my completed order about 10:15pm. After 1st driver got there about 8:20pm and did not have all of my order. He stated that other employees pack the bags and someone must have miss it. He ask if I still wanted it, I told him yes I still wanted it I've already paid for it. So he kept the receipt and took my number and said it would be just a few minutes that they weren't that busy and I also gave him more tip in a cash as to what I pay online. Now I was not at my home, this address is my father's home. He, the 1st driver started texting me at 8:47pm something about money that had nothing to do with my order and then at 8:50 texted that he had the other part of my order but also had 2 other deliveries to drop off. "Hindsight at that point has become crystal clears, I should have went to the Domino's myself from the get go." At 9:23pm I texted him back asking how much longer, and letting him know I did not live at the address and needed to get home. "Remember, part of my order was getting nice a cold while other's at my home are waiting too." He then text back about 30 more minutes at 9:25pm that his GPS took him to the wrong address. So I call the store and explain to them the situation. A lady and told me that she would start a new order for the missing part of order and someone would deliver it this was at 9:26pm. The 1st driver is still texting me pictures of his GPS and then at 9:33 I texted back to him that I went ahead and spoke with someone at the store and that they would redoing it and sending someone else. He responded with Awesome and Sorry again. And still sending my pictures of his GPS and still telling me GPS sent him to wrong address. At 9:35 then texted me Have a blessed night. And I respond back same to you. At 10:00pm I go to the store that is 2 miles or about 4 minutes away from the ordered address and was told it was on the way "Yes at this point I was starting to lose my patience". On my way back at 10:10pm I then get a phone call from another driver that they just got there and was just making sure it was the right place as no lights are on. Told her I had when to Domino's was just down the road and would be right there. At 10:12 I got the rest of my order. So I will pick up from now if I even use this Domino's again. You charge a delivery charge, that is why I felt delivery drivers should have brought it back. But not almost 2 hours after the original delivery.

This was by far the worst Domino’s experience I’ve ever had. The pasta portion was much smaller than the last time I ordered pasta, which has been sometime, but for $6.99 I expected a larger portion. The store wasn’t busy when I picked up my pizza and pasta. No one was at the register and no one was at the ovens and there were no drivers pulling out with deliveries yet my pizza was cut in such a way that half the pieces were child, size and tiny, and the other half were unusually large not to mention that the cutter didn’t make it all the way through the pizza and I ended up tearing it apart to try and separate the individual slices, on top of all of this, there were two huge blisters in the pizza that filled with air, pushing the cheese and toppings off essentially leaving them just golden brown air bubbles of which you can see two in the photograph I’ve included. I’ve been a dominoes customer since dominoes started in 1980 with the advent of cable television, and MTV the say I was disappointed is an understatement. This location is on my way home where there is not a local Domino’s store because I live way out in the country. How did not been so late on a Sunday night I certainly would’ve turned around and going back to the store and demanded that they remake the pizza properly. Again, worst Domino’s experience ever.
