I cannot lie, I am a Krispy Kreme guy all the way back to my childhood, BUT! Donut World is not even in the same category as the national brands. These folks do it right and serve up delicious and fresh donuts, bear claws (nom nom), cinnamon rolls as big as your face, and much more. Everything is beyond tasty, but my favorites are the Sugar Raised donut, the bear claws. And the cinnamon rolls. You simply must try these cats.
One of my fav spots to get treats for the office. Always pleasant employees and great doughnuts, and they open LONG before Duck doughnuts (Just a quick poke because Duck doesn't open until 8 😒) even so... I prefer Donut World over any other in Greensboro.
We stopped in on our way out of town and we’re very pleased with the size and value of all the options. A little more variety and unique offerings than other chains. Person waiting on us was very kind and helpful.
