I absolutely love Common Grounds—it's my favorite coffee shop in Greensboro, and I’m always satisfied with the coffee. However, I've noticed that the customer service has been lacking during my recent weekday morning visits. While I’ll continue to enjoy the coffee, I hope to see improvements in service as it’s a little discouraging.

The coffee was delicious and the vibes were absolutely immaculate. We visited to take a break from the loud sounds and bright colors of Pride.

Listen, I understand the need for ambiance, and I hate a fluorescent as much as the next person, but customers shouldn't have to squint to read labels or flyers at 12pm. Also, genuinely worst gluten free "pastry" offering I've had in a while -- which I'm used to, but the coworker I stopped in with said their normal muffin was also Not Good, so give the pastries in general a miss.

One of the best places to get coffee in all of Greensboro, the barista who helped us was very knowledgeable on their products, and offered an in house brew which was fantastic. Service was great, atmosphere was incredible. We will be coming back.

I stopped in here on my way to a night market and had a delicious coffee! I think it was a Charlie Chaplan? The drink was delicious and the service was great! The vibes in here are so special! I love a local coffee shop that feels like a local hang-out spot.

The coffee and staff at this local spot are truly outstanding. The baristas are friendly and the coffee is top-notch. However, the aesthetic is thrift store shabby, with everything painted black as if to hide structural issues and inadequate lighting, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom itself makes one hesitate to use it due to broken plumbing and non-functioning lights. I recommend the establishment focus on improving their interiors to better match the quality of their coffee and service.

Best coffee shop in town. Every date night, we stop by for a coffee or cocktail. Or, if we're in town with the kids.

Trivia is so fun on Tuesdays, and Morgan is absolutely amazing as a barista! Highly recommend the Bernie Mac or Sammy Davis Jr.

Morgan provided us with phenomenal hospitality and service. She made me a delicious frozen Bernie Mac. Also, she remembers that we like vegan desserts.

Common Grounds Coffee downtown is an absolute gem! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. The star named drinks are not only delicious but truly unique, adding an extra spark to your coffee experience. The friendly service makes you feel right at home, and the ample space allows for both productivity and relaxation. Plus, the outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying your coffee on sunny days, with a great ambiance that enhances the entire experience.
