Has the recipe changed? Bought a half dozen for my wife birthday and the donuts were spongy and tuff ,not the soft pillowy cake like donuts we remember. My wife was so upset she threw it away. 🚮🗑 Not sure of whats going on with the donuts.

Amazing doughnuts, a very big selection and made fresh. Came here for the first time and im not normally a doughnut person, but these are great and my family really enjoyed them too. They were still nice and warm when we got them home.

Kye is the worst employee they have here …. Every time we go he is working and I normally don’t leave bad reviews but the first time he played around for 30 mins singing and dancing around we had to remind him to make our milkshake every time we go here and he is working there is a problem my husband today got a milkshake and of.l course kye was working again today and he had him remake the milkshake then goes back to tell him there is a hair in it he goes you can clearly see I don’t have hair !!!! That’s not the point there is a hair in our milkshake and tells my husband he put there hair in there !!!! I am so pissed off he is the worst employee yall have I have been there before and seen customers complain on him

I always had a good experience at Duck Donuts. Today was an exception. Devin is beyond rude. I ordered a dozen donuts then used a coupon for 1 free donut. The person at the register didn’t ring up all 12 of the dozen. Devin intercepted with a rude comment asking me if I knew that a dozen donuts contained 12 donuts. Of course I know that hence why I order 12 then 1 more = 13 donuts. She’s not the face of duck donuts I’ve always experienced and will remember next time I need to treat the office with a treat.

We are from Boston, MA looking to relocate. We stumbled upon this place with our kids and figured why not stop in. I was SHOCKED to find out how amazing this place was. The staff was awesome, friendly, and informative about their donuts and being able to customize them! The FLAVOR IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. Warm donuts that are FRESHLY MADE and topped with or without frosting! So good. We got “The Beach” a donut with vanilla frosting and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar- tasted like a mix of churros or a warm cinnamon bun. My daughter got a strawberry frosted with rainbow sprinkles and loved it. We got a plain unfrosted for my son and it was amazing! They are vanilla cake based and so good. I got an iced coffee and expected just a regular coffee. The consistency is smooth and was so good (I got mocha in it). We highly recommend this place!
Devon and Gabe are rockstars! They were attentive and kind while serving my son and I some amazing donuts! After having a duck donuts donut, I will never go anywhere else for donuts! Thank y’all so much Devon and Gabe-you both deserve raises for giving top tier service!
