Even though there was a line outside when we went inside there was no line and everyone was very happy to work with me and take my order. They were smiling happy and having a good time. It was great.

This location will cheat you out of points, and not give them to you. It’s happened to me twice in one day. Advertising drinks and never having all the ingredients is crazy. Also, serving un toasted grilled cheese sandwiches at $7 a pop is not acceptable! This location closes down ovens 45 minutes prior to closing, and will say the oven is down because they don’t want to make your food. Not a single complaint has been addressed. All around horrible customer service. I would drive past another Dunkin location just to come to this one, but I’ll visit Clutch coffee from now on.
First it took awhile for them to acknowledge me and 3 people were behind the counter. I had to wait just to be told they didn’t have much left, it’s 2pm. Ridiculous.

Always extremely busy in the mornings and understaffed. Long wait times to the point sometimes you have to leave without your items. Most of the staff are dismissive and unwelcoming. They have a few good workers, but they can’t manage the volume by themselves. This site needs some serious restructuring. Don’t waste your money.

I took grandsons this morning for the 1st and last time. No napkins because they weren’t delivered. Apparently they can’t go out a buy any. Grandson spilt his apple juice right in front of counter and I let them know immediately as there were no napkins to clean it up. Never cleaned it up the 30 mins we were there. We won’t even talk about the horrible service and employees.
Just terrible. Kiosk wasn’t working so I waited in line and was ignored by several associates so I just walked away.
The old white woman with blonde hair is just nasty to customers yelling at them to get out when all they do is walk in and pick up a drink and leave. Even tho they mess up orders and over charge people.

This place is revolting.
DUMPSTER FIRE. ROACHES SEEN THROUGHOUT STORE. FOOD WAS GARBAGE. SERVICE WAS AWFUL. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS.
I love this Dunkin’ Donuts due to its cleanness and service (most days) but the past few days I came the service wasn’t really welcoming and I ordered on doordash 3 drinks that all were messed up, I got actual sugar instead of cane and the request that are on the tickets were not fulfilled. I’m disappointed since I used to work at dunkin and to receive such service is disheartening.
I usually don’t have the best experiences with customer service at this Dunkin’, but today was completely different thanks to Brittany! She was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Her positive attitude really stood out and she added the icing on my morning. Give that lady some recognition—she’s doing it right! PERIODT !!!!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE ! I couldn’t help but to give her , her flowers and make sure you all recognize her , her hard work , and organic energy!
First time visiting. Very clean place. Cashier wasn’t very welcoming or helpful. Manager seemed pleasant.
What occurred during the visit?
-After being in for a moment, while scanning the products I asked if something was burning as it was a very strong smell.
Manager answered maybe just the smell of the toaster bagels. She didn’t seem bothered by the questioned.
-Looking up at the menu, asked cashier what came on the sourdough breakfast sandwich.
-Looked at cashier, that was looking every way but at the customer, asked if he was having a good morning.
He responded, “yes, great morning actually,” and then turned around and walked off.
Left me and my daughter standing there waiting, unassisted.
Will not be returning.
