I usually have a very pleasant experience at the Dunkin’ on College Road. I always place my order through the mobile app and pick it up without any issues. This time was no different—at least at first. I ordered two meal deals, which each come with a sandwich, coffee, hash browns, and a donut.

When I arrived at the window, I wasn’t greeted (which didn’t bother me too much), but the interaction that followed was disappointing. The young man at the window—Caucasian, short dark hair, with a mole on his face—asked for my order information. I explained my order several times, but he kept insisting that he didn’t see it and said, “We don’t have your order. If you want additional food, you’ll have to pay for it.”

I showed him my mobile order confirmation on my phone, and he rolled his eyes before saying, “Have a nice day.” I tried again to explain that parts of my order were missing, and he told me to park and wait while he brought the food out. After waiting about five minutes with no one coming out, I went inside to ask about the rest of my order.

Thankfully, a kind woman at the front—an absolute angel—asked what was wrong. She immediately pulled up my order (the same one the young man said didn’t exist), apologized for the confusion, and worked quickly to make things right. Her professionalism, accountability, and excellent customer service truly stood out and turned a frustrating experience into a more positive one.

I didn’t receive an apology from the young man, but I deeply appreciate the Black woman at the front who handled the situation with grace and care. She deserves recognition for representing Dunkin’ with true professionalism. I only gave this more than 1 star due to the black woman who cleaned up an absolute mess that her coworker created.

Extremely rude,snappy female manager at this location .....thats what happens when you put kids in charge..they act like they own the store and talk to customers how ever they want to..and should I mention they shorten the amount of food that supposed to be in a box...unbelievable horrible experience.Will not be returning.

We were greeted when we walked in. I never really liked Dunkin that much but our grandkids are the one who got us started and now i can’t stop going! I love it!!! I love there munchkins doughnut holes and I love the doughnuts!!’ I love the pumpkin spice latte!
The employees were super nice!!!

I’ve seen the other reviews and feel like I am an alien. I’ve been 4 times since opening: the week of, a month or so later, and twice this week to include today. Each time was a short or no wait at drive through, order correct, and a nice worker at the window each and every time. Maybe it’s the afternoon staff that’s a problem? I don’t know what time others are going.

Poor Experience at Dunkin’ Donuts: If I could give less than one star, I would.

During my visit, I ordered three drinks and politely asked for additional cream even tried to pay for the additional creams. (Other locations charge me for a small milk and give the additional creams) I was told I could not be given more than 10 creams, which felt unreasonable considering my purchase which included two caffeinated drinks. The staff acted as though I was being a burden for even asking, whispering under their breath and creating a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

What made the experience worse was the behavior of the manager on duty. He was unprofessional, snappy, and dismissive despite my remaining calm and kind throughout the interaction. The energy he projected felt discriminatory, and I left with the unsettling impression that my food and drinks may not have been handled with respect.

Overall, the service was rude, unwelcoming, and left me feeling disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that corrective steps are taken to ensure no one else has to go through what I experienced.
Side note: I ended up having to buy another coffee which they acted as if I couldn’t purchase a coffee just to get the cream. I left the coffee sitting where they say it and took the cream.

I usually don’t leave negative reviews unless warranted but this location is really terrible. I’ve been waiting for them to improve since it’s been recently opened but the service has not been less than average every single time I go. I’m genuinely confused how a DONUT shop manages to run out of their donuts CONSISTENTLY 2 hours before closing. That’s insane and the coffee is trash. The service sucks and you can barely get help when you walk in… last visit for me
