I came in yesterday morning at 8 a.m. and was told by the cashier that "the sandwich sation is closed" I was quite upset. How does the sandwich station close at the peak of breakfast rush? So I sent an email to their corporate offices to let them know about my poor experience. They jumped on it quick! Always a pleasant experience always treated well. I'm a regular and the employee's know what I order and how I like my coffee and always seem happy to see me. It makes me feel good and is a big part of why I make DD a daily stop 364 day's a year for the past 6/7 yrs. Most of all the coffee is excellent sooo much better than Starbucks.
