I was truly disappointed by the customer service that this Dunkin Donuts entails. Once I got to the drive thru, I waited nearly 20 minutes on my order and staff was extremely rude. I hope that this location can work on being respectful, and attentive.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location has become the definition of frustration. Every single visit is a 15–20 minute wait, no matter the time of day. And don’t bother trying to walk inside—the front doors are always locked, forcing every customer into the slow, backed-up drive-thru line. If you’re hoping to grab a quick coffee before work, think again.

Customer service? Bare minimum. No greeting, no urgency, and absolutely no sense of customer care. You can place a mobile order, but it won’t help you at all—you’ll still be stuck waiting forever because they won’t open their lobby, and the drive-thru moves at a snail’s pace. By the time you finally reach the window, your “mobile order convenience” has completely vanished.

It’s honestly ridiculous that a store can operate like this. If Dunkin’ corporate wants to know why people are switching to other coffee shops, they should start here. This location desperately needs new management, more staff, or at the very least, unlocked doors and a functioning system. Until then, I’ll be getting my doughnuts and coffee somewhere—anywhere—else

Come to this place at your own risk always closed drive through long around the corner. Stay in line 45 minutes for a mobile order and got to the counter to be told they weren’t serving mobile orders. This is the worse run dunkin in America. I repeat go to any other dunkin in the radius as this is THE WORSE dunkin in America

Worker on drive thru who took.my order got upset when I asked for extra cookies on my cookie butter cold brew then I asked why I cant get it she told me you can go to another location smh poor customer that reply was uncalled for I took her advice and went to location on guilford college rd and received outstanding service

If you close the restaurant for reminding then turn off the options to walk-in and pick up an order. I don't want to wait in a line that wraps around the building because you can't manage a drive through even though it should be even easier with no one coming into the building. That's one more employee working orders not taking them. How are you less efficient with what amounts to only one register

Who ever owns this franchise has to sell it. Let someone else manage this place. It’s a great location for a Dunkin. The building needs to be remodeled and you have to manage staff better. It’s a huge disappointment for people who enjoy Dunkin coffee and food etc. this just has gone on too long and it’s crazy corporate hasn’t stepped in, esp how much Dunkin needs to compete with all the other chain coffee and food spots. Just driving by and seeing that sign, you already know…

the girl at the window was extremely rude. the coffee sucks, the sugar was just dumped into it so i’m drinking grains of sugar, it tastes bad, the donut is stale and the girl had the donut frosting side down in the bag, no napkins. terrible experience

The food was hot but the hasbrowns were trash soggy fried in old oil and extra dark. Which was a turn off. Please change that grease. I order this am and although I did wait that long I am very still disappointed spending 10 bucks to get food that’s defiantly been sitting. This is a health hazard. Management get your store together ASAP!!! No a good look!

I have been to this Dunkin a few times and never had an issue like I did today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered my normal iced Caramel Craze latte WITH almond milk and got my dad a regular hot latte. The girl read my drinks back to me and said the iced latte with almond milk, so I know she heard me. When I got up to the window and they handed me the drinks, I noticed my tag on my cup said milk. So I told the lady at the window that it was supposed to be almond milk, thinking it wasn't a big deal, until she said it was rang up as whole milk. Odd because it was read back to me as almond milk. She proceeded to argue with me that it wasn't rang up that way and I told her I CAN'T DRINK REGULAR MILK and if it was such an issue to give me my money back. Then, she told me to pull forward and they would remake it (go figure). So I waited a few minutes and she came out with another one. No tag on the cup. The girl all but rushed back in and when I tasted it, it was again MADE WITH REGULAR MILK. I have half a mind to think she just gave me the original one they made and just took the tag off of it. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I had to pay the little extra to get them to make it with almond milk if that was the issue, but CLEARLY they just didn't want to fix their mistake.
Definitely won't be coming here again.
