If I could give zero stars! I ordered a Mocha Craze latte and they had no cold foam, no whipped cream, and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don't like the job then quit it please..... good lord and the store looks raggedy. I will keep my butt in High Point because they would never over that way!

I've been going to this Dunkin' Donuts. Since they opened up.This used to be a chinese restaurant back in the day that burnt down. It replace the dunkin' donuts on high point road. Just a little history ... Dunkin' donuts has the best donuts. Krispy kreme has the best soft donuts.may opinion. This location unfortunately has gone downhill. Treat this place like a convenience store.Not a don't shop. Never have a full selection of donuts every time i've been here. Half the time it's empty. This is not dunkin donuts fault all the way.As far as i'm concerned, it's just a poor p***Run store 😢. If they keep running it like this, they definitely will not stay in business too long for this location. They do have one location on battleground.Have not gotten over to that side of town yet. Do better stop being lazy ...

The owner of this needs place a new staff. A group of women stood around talking and laughing while I waited for them to take my order. I placed my order and I waited again. This next time I stopped by I sat at the window for 4 minutes before anyone came to the window. And when I asked her where they open she said dang you just got here. I will never go here again
