Love Dunkin jelly donuts but the donuts are getting smaller and smaller. The heart shaped ones are too small and not my thing but taste just as good. Wish there were more Dunkin in NC. I come from Massachusetts where they are on every corner.

I have visited this location quite a few times bc it is close to home. There are multiple orders i could bring up that theyve gotten wrong but to sum it up. They are always slow, they hardly will ever get your order right and there is no point of s drive thru at this location. It is always faster to go inside and wait for them to not call your name and you have to ask for it. Whole staff needs better training.

They don't call your order when it's done. So, It stays on the counter sitting until you ask about your food, then they give it to you. Nice and soggy. They need training.
Gotta say, not a big fan. I stopped here for the 1st time in years and it made me remember why I hadn't stopped. The lady at drive thru was friendly enough though, so that's something ?.
