I was very disappointed in the chef we had last night!! He was a total smartass and made rude comments, I don't know if that was his act or what but maybe he needs to be working at dicks last resort! Very unprofessional and we did complain about him and the manager just blew it off like that's just how he is maybe management needs to be replaced also total unacceptable

My daughter and I went for dinner as tough. We were also charged an upcharge they called a service fee because our reservation was at 8pm. Apparently anything 8 or after gets an upcharge of five dollars and change for nothing. we were not told. He said it was on the menu which we didn't get because we had to scan a QR code for the menu. He said it looked like I didn't have a lot left but the chef we had threw everything in the middle of the plate on top of each other. Yes.
I had sweet banana on my shrimp. Long story, sorry. My daughter told him we had been coming for years but wouldn't be back. He just shrugged his shoulders. Guess that meant he didn't care. waitress was great but the rest of the experience was just really bad and my meal was $39 without the tip. I drank water!

I was highly disappointed in our visit tonight. We arrived at 6:20 (Had reservations for 5 seats and 1 highchair for 6:30) Was given a buzzer box and told to stay in parking lot. We stayed inside for a ventured onto the outside porch. After waiting almost 45 mins we checked and were told that they had been buzzing us. Well now - if you know someone is just outside and have their last name should you NOT announce instead of just counting on the buzzer (WHICH DID NOT WORK!!) Finally seated and handed plates and told server would be right with us. Well again we waited and waited.... finally server came brought luke warm soup. Took order for food and drink. Meanwhile the table next to us came in after by 10 mins already had drinks, soup and salad!! I try to be patient and understanding but it was my daughters birthday and things were just not going according to plan. Finally the cook came out (still no salads). Server asked each of us if we wanted mushrooms everyone said NO except 1 person - guess what - WE ALL GOT MUSHROOMS!! Then they put grilled bananas on plates without asking---- I DO NOT LIKE MY SHRIMP OR STEAK TASTING LIKE BANANA.... THAT SHOULD BE ON A SEPERATE PLATTER!!!!! Never saw the server until she brought go plates and she also forgot the birthday... Will not be back for a long time and even then will rethink it. When you spend that kind of money you expect better service... Again - not a happy camper
