Couldn’t help but laugh when I opened my $3.99 order of sweet potato fries and saw this. Hope this isn’t normal and you respect your other customers dollars a bit more. Do better!

Told to pay for ranch when i came to pick up my order. 75 cents for 1 small cup. Greedy and unacceptable, since, like most normal people, i expect ranch with my wings, especially when the wings have hardly any sauce!

Some of the employees at the front were a bit unwelcoming, and they kind of overcook the wings when you ask for them to be crispy

They're online menu prices are lower than what it actually will cost fyi

I've ordered from this location four times and only once have I received what I ordered without missing items or errors in the order. The front of house staff are all very nice, so they have that going for them. I've tried both delivery and pick up, btw. Why did I keep trying to order from here after more than one mistake? I kept trying to chase that one magical moment when the stars aligned and my order was right, I guess.
