TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!
12/24/22 we order 25 wings and 2 pub bite orders via online. When I picked the food up they ran out of the wings and could not reimburse us for the wings!!! I spoke with the manager that day she said her manager would have to take care of it. They didn't so I went back spoke to the Blonde manager she said she would take it to the owner and still have not been reimbursed. The staff obviously do not care about stealing money!!.

I want to thank Bee the Manager, Destiny and Sarah for their great customer service. I placed an online order that was never delivered via DoorDash. Bee went above and beyond to make sure that my money was refunded and she kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Destiny and Sarah made sure to contact not only her but me to let me know when she would be contacting me with a resolution.
