Everything was Amazing the Food, the Service, the Atmosphere. Our servers explained everything to us from how the burgers are made fresh, not frozen from how each sauce is personally made each day. Everything was absolutely Delicious!!!! IF YOU DON'T TRY THIS PLACE. YOU ARE COMPLETELY MISSING OUT, DAY OR NIGHT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS AMAZING. CHECK THEM OUT PERFECT FOR ALL AGES. THIS FOOD IS AMAZING. THE SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!

I came into this establishment today as a delivery driver, simply waiting for a customerâs order. I stood and after that I sat down awhile because I was waiting 10-15 minutes after arriving. When I sat down quietly and was on my phoneâon speaker, but not loud or anything out of means of disrespect and also I am professional so I would never do any disturbance of purpose. Also, no one was in the establishment beside me, the waitress, and the manager/owner. I was not loud talking, just passing the time.
When I went to pick up the order (which was kindly handed to me by a helpful young lady), a manâpossibly the owner or managerâsuddenly and rudely said, âNext time you come in here, donât have your phone loud.â This was surprising because no one had previously asked me to lower my voice or said there was an issue.
I responded politely, but his attitude worsened. When I calmly pointed out there was no need to be rude, he became even more dismissive and used profanity in front of staff. I even asked for his name to make a formal complaint, but he prevented the employee from giving it to me.
I was shocked by the disrespect. Whether Iâm a customer or a delivery driver, I still deserve basic human decency. The way this man handled the situation was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
I wonât be returning, and I donât recommend this place to anyone who values respect. Weâre all out here trying to work. A little kindness goes a long way.

I dine in and have gotten delivery just a few times. They frequently cancel orders for delivery. Food is good most of the time and I would say prices are decent. Ive only ever had dry wings twice maybe. Service could be better. I havent been/ordered in a few months though since it had been so disappointing the last few times. Maybe I will give them another shot in the future.

Bad for delivery wait so long to pick delivery the parking lot was full,and I was parked at the middle of the street, and the front lady she said wait 5 minutes and almost 20 minutes,I blocked traffic someone called me to move my car from the street cause I blocked the traffic,I moved my car down far from east coast wings,and I come in and still not ready, this is wasting my time I left cause is a lot to wait, and no busy only me and another girl before me ,

Jan 6, I canât remember the ladyâs name that was working but she was very nice. I arrived early food was already ready excellent service. I felt bad she said they had started cleaning and I ordered kinda late. The food was phenomenal though as always.

I stopped by East Coast Wings & Grill during one of my DoorDash pick-up orders, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who was extremely polite and welcoming. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, even though I was just there for a quick pick-up.
Based on this experience, Iâll definitely be coming back to try their food for myself. If youâre looking for great customer service and a restaurant that values its patrons, I highly recommend checking out this location. It left a great first impression, and Iâm looking forward to dining in soon!

Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences we have had anywhere. The staff were rude and evidently we were bothering them by coming in for lunch. Our group of 4 ordered and we waited over 20 minutes for food. 2 other tables got up and left before even getting their food. Our food finally came and the order was wrong. Philly Cheese Steak didn't have cheese - and the waitress said that they were out of cheese so nothing she could do about it. No napkins, evidently they didn't have any. Food was not good. Service was terrible. Dining room not clean. This place is so bad.

Ordered extra crispy, got soggy wings. Paid for extra sauce but got little to none. Got X-hot but none of them had any heat or flavor. No Parmesan on the garlic Parmesan wings. Waited an hour and spent over 50 dollars on my order and still couldnât even bring myself to eat this. Donât waste your time and money on this location.
