After leaving Wet N Wild we were in search of a good Mexican restaurant. This place is very inviting and clean. Huge TVs in the bar area and waitstaff is super friendly. They also give you a ton of food!

Too salty! This food gave me a headache the content of salt was overwhelming and I was starving so..yeah. First I was given a menu and I turned to the back and saw the lunch menu was $7.99… And when I chose the pick 2 it ended up being $10.99 instead. I was told that due to Covid-19 prices have gone up. I do understand that, but when you hike up the food prices by $3 at least make it worth it. The size of the quesadilla is really the size of a soft taco. I was supposed to get a pork chili Verde and it ended up being salty ground beef. I will never go back to this place! The food would have tasted decent, if it weren’t so salty! Yeah the little taco thing is supposedly a quesadilla...almost no lettuce and a sickly tomato. NEVER AGAIN!

This place was nice. I ordered take out to take back home. The food was hot the service was quick and pleasant. When I walked into the restaurant it wasn't that busy but I thought the music a very loud. The food was great and I will be returning.

Looking for a quick lunch stop, I found this Mexican restaurant. Food was excellent, service very quick and super friendly. Definitely hope to come back.

I stopped here last night and of course, no business. When I asked the hostess about drink specials, she said, domestic draft $1. no food. After being seated, given a menu, WOW... there is a notification on the front about Covid and meat shortages and price increases.The average entree is now over $12. Their competition is not doing this! Also when I asked the server for drink specials, she told me something different . Beer was $3.50 and no specials. Then she changed it to 2.99 and then back to 3.50. I ordered the taco salad @8.95 and water. It was good, but when I got my bill, it was changed to 10.95. I'm done with this place. Buyer beware. I think they are trying to make up for lost revenues from business losses due to Covid. Not sure how they get good reviews with poor business practices. Try Santa-Fe or San Luis as they are straight up better all around!! Not on my dime. Adios El Mariachi!

They have the best salsa and chips of any mexican restaurant I've ever been to and that's a lot over the years. Feels more authentic than your average Mexican restaurant. Generous portions for those with a large appetite. It's a great place I would take a visitor to show off Greensboro's rich diversity of eateries.

We walked into a fun-type environment restaurant blasting awesome latin variety music for the first half of our visit. Then, a large white family is seated and staff changes the music to ADELE!!! Sad, depressing, kill me now!!! The food actually started tasting worse. One guy threw up after the 3rd song in a row. A waitress punched a baby. Adele in a Mexican restaurant is the reason for this one star review! (No babies were actually harmed in the making of this Google review)

Would gave this place a 5 but the bathrooms needed to be cleaned and my rice was slightly crunchy. I ordered the pepper steak and it was very good. The bean and cheese dip was good. But two waitresses made our day. They were friendly and funny.
So we tried El Mariachi by default as our favorite Dominican place next door was packed and my daughter only had an hour for lunch. The food was very good and plentiful. The black beans were my favorite, cooked just right and seasoned well. The chips and salsa were fresh. Our server was delightful. He asked my daughter if she and I were related, then proceeded to tell her how beautiful she was, which I took as a compliment as well since she looks like a mini-me, hee hee. The food came out fast as well, much appreciated when you're short on time. Check them out and support local!

The food was really really good... However, if your in the mood for a lively ambiance, lunch on a Tuesday isn't it. We may have been the first people in but the restaurant was cold and deathly quiet. If you can look past all of that, 2 thumbs up!
