Shrimp scampi was not great! Noodle Company makes a way better one...might need to rethink the recipe.

But we came in way before the dinner rush and the food was just awful. Now, I will say the tomato basil soup was delightful. Very nice.
The lobster ravioli sauce was like pouring a salt shaker into my mouth. Absolutely insanely salty, which rendered it inedible. And no, it's not because it's shellfish. There's no excuse for a sauce being that bad.
The garlic knots and the table bread were dense, chewy, and tough. Both are flavorless and the table bread was served cold.
The sauce on the spaghetti and the gnocchi was overly acidic and watery, but flavorless otherwise.
Our server was super nice, and we're hoping this was a one-off, but I paid $100 for meal+tip and regretted every penny of it.

The was the worst steak and cheese I have ever had. It was tasteless and dry. It's like they chopped up meat and put in on a untoasted roll as I don't think they even cooked the meat on the cook top, it's like it was ready made meat not fresh. I Missed the cheese, lettuce, and onions, could not find much. A waste of my money!!! Never Again!!! They should be ashamed to call this a steak and cheese.

I called at 9:30pm to place a pizza togo. He said I had to be there in 10 minutes, because he wanted to close early (even though they don’t close until 10pm) anyway I arrive at 9:42pm and they were closed? The lights were off and chairs were on the tables . I’m not mad they closed early, I’m mad that the person I talked to knew I was coming…this is unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow.

Let me say I’ve been ordering my steak n cheese from Elizabeth’s for YEARS now. This is my FIRST time at this location. I Ordered steak n cheese tonight first time at this location. For 15+$ my sandwich was soggy / barely toasted with no cheese. I was told they put the cheese on the bottom on the sandwich, but only see mayo. Will not be coming back to this location, too expensive for a half effort sandwich on phone call I was just told we put it on there. But it’s on the bottom. So it must be in the bread instead of on the meat . These people suck.

The food was fresh and delicious. Our server did a wonderful job keeping our drinks filled and was knowledgeable about the menu. The kitchen staff cooked our food perfectly, so I thanked them for a job well done while we were leaving the restaurant. There's nothing special about the dining atmosphere, but since we weren't paying our right arm for our food, we were satisfied.
Parking: I'd highly recommend this restaurant.
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring the entire family!
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible dining area. I don't know if the restrooms are accessible, so if it's a concern, I'd call ahead and ask.

I was very disappointed. I had an eggplant sandwich for $11.79. The size of the roll is good but the eggplant was not worth $12. Very disappointed. I probably would never go back there again.

They never update the hours on their website, I guess they close at 9 or something, instead of 10:30pm as said in the website.

We were here just for a quick visit. The reviews were good so we checked it out. The pizza was excellent! We loved the amount of toppings, their flavor, and the crust. I absolutely loved their sauce! Our server, James, was fantastic as well. You can tell they want to make great food.
