I LOVE this restaurant! Everything I have had is delicious. The ingredients are first rate. The cheese in all the dishes is the best in town. The pizza is awesome, as is the lasagna and stromboli. Great servers too, especially Stephanie and Michelle. Cirro the owner is great and passionate about food. Myself and a friend eat threre every Wed. Highly recommend.

Super disappointed with the most mediocre pizza I’ve ever had. Simply ordered a pepperoni pizza and received the greasiest, floppiest, soup pizza. Who ever runs the kitchen at this place takes absolutely no pride in their food service. Quality control should be implemented asap.

Why was there a ten year old wiping down the tables with a literal bottle of Windex? And I was unhappy that I was charged for a new marinara sauce after showing the waitress that the first one was just two large chunks of tomato. Would’ve taken a photo but I assumed we wouldn’t be charged for replacing it, and they took it before we got the bill. Pizza and service were very mid, didn’t make up for the discomfort of watching a ten year old work like a grown adult and getting charged for a cube of tomato.

I really like this location over the other ones in Greensboro. Its large and has a nice atmosphere to it. The waitress I had was very friendly and attentive. She knew the menu well. The chicken cacitouri was very good and tasted real authentic. The prices are a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for.

Disappointing. A Sunday lunch w my wife and mom was seriously downgraded. My wife found a hair in her fettucine, couldn't finish it and almost threw up. A few hours later, she did throw up, possibly related. My mom said her cheesesteak sub was soggy w/ too much juice and was lacking onions. The lettuce in our salads was brown. I didn't think we ordered salads, so just as well. haha! The menu doesn't state that the garlic knots are spicy with red pepper flakes. Some of us don't tolerate spicy foods well. I enjoyed my stuffed shells, so two stars instead of one. Hope I didn't eat hair!

Came in with a family of three. The kid and husband loved everything. Server was great. Plenty of seating when we arrived.

Food not same as other Elizabeths. Beware. Smaller portions, taste not good, very little tomato sauce on Ravioli dish. Cream bacon sauce tasted burnt and very salty with lots of chewy fat.....and Surprise! extra charge at checkout for when we asked for little more salad dressing for one of us and for little more tomato sauce on the dry Ravioli for one of us. When waitress was asked about it, she said they've always charged for extra sauce and got an attitude. She didn't ask how we wanted our bill and we had to ask her to split the bill for us. Another attitude.....we wont be going back. Go instead to the Elizabeth's on Lawndale or Oak Ridge.

Writing this review for my mom mainly because we love their staff member Roberto! He is so kind, remembers our order by heart, and even gave my mom a sweet gift when she picked up her pizza this evening. Also the best Elizabeth’s in town by far! We love ordering from you guys.❤️

I love a company that hires intelligent people and understand that it cost nothing to give good customer service. You deserve everything good that life has to offer.

Pasta was not good...tomato sauce tasted extremely canned. No wonder everyone around us was eating pizza, which we have had it before and it is good. So are their steak & cheese subs...they set the bar.
But this experience was bad ...bad food, bad atmosphere as I believe it was the owner who kept staring making us uncomfortable and not wanting to eat. Also, there is an underlying gnarly smell...a sewage like smell that is off-putting. Probably won't be back to this location.
