This place used to have the juiciest burgers. My recent visit wasn't good. The service was good, but it was probably one of the driest burgers I've ever had. That happens by either over cooking it or using lean meat. If that is the case, it comes down to if you cut the fat, you kill the burger. Hopefully, they will fix this issue and get it back to the way it used to be.

A great burger for sure. The bun was toasted on the inside and soft on the outside. It was not doughy at all, and pretty much the perfect bun. The meat did lack on size, especially for about $15 a burger. It was a great tasting burger and exactly what I was looking for late on a Saturday night. Parking lacks, by not much they can do about that.

Outdoor seating is very nice. Excellent burgers. I had the kimchi burger and really enjoyed it. The fries are excellent as well. Will come back. Did not have Patty melt on menu but they made one anyhow for my son. I had order envy!

Parking: There is a parking lot right beside Emma Keys but it is only for a specific restaurant, and you will get towed if you park there. There's another restaurant across the street that you can park at, but there's barely any parking in that lot. So the only other place to park at is on the side of the street. It's in a college neighborhood so it's really hard to find parking.
I came in with high expectations hoping the OG Emma Keys was brought back to life. Not so much... I didn't hate it but I won't be back considering there's other burger spots with more enjoyable atmospheres.
The food was tasty but still not amazing like it used to be. The burger was good (overcooked tho), fries were fine, staff was friendly but failed to mention that the ice machine was broken and that the fountain drinks had no carbonation which would've been nice to know before purchasing a drink. Overall I just left feeling like I wish I went somewhere else ? sorry guys

Came in for takeout. 2 burgers. 1 special instruction: NO BBQ sauce on the burger. That's it.
Got home and the burger was drenched in sauce. Now I have an $11 burger that won't get eaten. I mean, come on. Just overall so disappointing.

I ordered the Back Porch burger for takeout . I saw it on the internet and it didn’t mention fries with the burger, so I thought burger only. I brought it home and fixed fries before I opened the box. Maybe my fault, but again, fries were not mentioned. That was an issue because I’m fixing extra food for nothing. I ate half of the burger and threw the other half away. The meat was dry and the bun was kinda tough. It was definitely not like the old place. The staff was nice. I sure wish it was like the old place, because I was really hungry
