This is a continuation of it's one of our favorite restaurants in another city, and they are off to a great start!

August Blues

Went yesterday for dinner. My daughter recommended it and made a reservation for my birthday. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was Shae. Shrimp appetizer was very good. We also got the seasonal salad which was the best item of the night. The greens were dressed beautifully and the goats cheese balls and Candy pecans complemented the tangy dressing very well. Strawberries were perfectly ripe. Salad was a star.
This is where it went downhill. I ordered the petite filet mignon medium with a loaded baked potato. We also got the crispy maple Brussels and the creamed spinach sides to share. My daughter got steak frittes. My steak was cooked correctly on the inside however the char on the outside ruined it. It was also over salted. You should not struggle to cut a medium temp cook filet mignon with a steak knife. The charred outside created a thick crust that was unpleasant. My daughter’s steak medallions were very tender. The baked potato was cold. The butter didn’t even melt. I asked to have it replaced once we could locate our waitress. She got it done fairly quickly however the potato still wasn’t the temperature it should be in order to accommodate the loading of the cold toppings. It also had no salt or pepper on it making it super bland. The creamed spinach was not the correct temp as well. Crispy Brussels were undercooked and very raw. They had good flavor just needed to be cut in half or cooked longer.
My daughter’s steak frittes was good. Steak was very good but the fries were again on a colder side.
It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant didn’t look full. There was a couple larger parties that arrived shortly after us. Shae wasn’t as attentive or she was busy with too many tables. We sat at our table for a good 5-7 minutes before she greeted us. We had to flag her to get the potato replaced and sat for a while after finishing our food before she checked on us.
It was also unreasonably cold where we were sitting. My birthday dinner wasn’t epic.
If I return it will be for the salad and appetizers.
It’s a shame that the steak was so bad. At least my dogs enjoyed it. For the price it was not worth it. I can make it better at home defeating to purpose of going out to a steakhouse. Epic fail on that.

First time visit this evening. Everything we had was amazing. Loved all the food and service. Highly recommend. My husband had the waygu steak--incredible and worth the price. My son had the shrimp and lobster pasta and got it with Alfredo sauce--great substitution. And I got the sea bass--super buttery and fresh. Loved it all. Will definitely be back.

We had a reservation so there was no wait. The restaurant was beautiful and the wait staff were wonderful. I had the fish special and my wife had tenderloin medallions. We also had martinis. Unfortunately we both found the food to be unseasoned, and my fish was slightly overcooked.

I believe my waiter was Kyle I made a reservation for my boyfriends birthday waited almost a whole hr for our food oh and I didn’t get my bread for an appetizer was very disappointed thought it would be similar to flemmings but was disappointed my boyfriend said he wanted his steak well done and it was very pink I tipped because it’s the right thing to do but the tip could’ve been more than 5 if I got my bread!! Also since we got our food so late we had to rush because I was taking him to see Jurassic World rebirth OVERALL EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED HE DIDNT EVEN GET OFFERED DESSERT OR A CAKE FOR HIS BIRTHDAY WHAT? even flemmings does something nice for birthdays

First time here. Really good food and atmosphere. We had the scallop rockefeller appetizer. Very very good. I had the crab cakes and garlic mashed potatoes. My wife had stuffed chicken breast. We took dessert to go. Definitely will be back.

I've been here 3 times now and each time we've had amazing service and delicious food. Honestly if they have the bangbang shrimp appetizer you NEED to get it. I could have eaten a whole meal out of those shrimp. 2 of the 3 times we went we had Ashley, she has such a warm and welcoming energy. She's the one who talked me into the shrimp, and I shrimply have no regrets!

A quiet place, the prices are reasonable for what they offer, and the staff is very friendly. We've been here about four times, and it never disappoints.

My family and I had dinner here for the first time. The experience was good although we had some hiccups. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. We ordered a few appetizers, cheese toast, Calamari, Crab bites they were all very tasty. My daughter and I ordered the cream corn risotto. The risotto was too hard for our liking. My husband ordered steak with a lobster tail. They forgot to bring out his lobster tail so we had them to remove it from the bill. Overall we will try it again.

Food was great! Wife ordered the Wellington and I had the filet. Both were outstanding, but the service was not great. Took over an hour for our food to arrive. During that hour our server was nowhere to be found. After 45 minutes I was able to finally flag him down to order some bread. Not the experience we expect from a high end steakhouse...
