From start to finish, hands-on owner Anna Currie and her team helped us to envision and create a pre-wedding “I DO BBQ” dinner that far exceeded our hopes and expectations! We could not be more pleased with the entire process, from the initial planning stage to the final event. During the planning stage, Anna always responded quickly and was extremely accommodating to some changes that became necessary along the way. She always exhibited a professional, can-do attitude, which we greatly appreciated.

They say you “eat first with your eyes”, and everything was so visually appealing, especially the gorgeous dessert bar that they created for us…truly a visual feast! The food was also delicious and frankly far better than I would expect for a catered event. Honestly, the brisket and barbecue were probably the best I’ve ever eaten, not to mention the delicious and interesting sauces that were served alongside. Every service request throughout the evening was promptly met and many were anticipated without us even having to ask.

But most importantly, Anna made sure that we enjoyed our own event, seeing to every little detail so that we could focus on our guests. We wouldn’t even think of hosting a catered event in the future without calling Anna and encourage you to do the same!

What else can I say, but pure perfection! I have had the pleasure of working with Anna and her team for several years. She did my son’s rehearsal dinner in my barn (with a live horse btw- a first for her 😊) and she also did his wedding reception. Many of my son’s friends booked the same location to have the same ambiance, but it wasn’t the same without Anna and Exclamations! Most recently I called upon her to do the Memorial Service Reception for my daughter’s very unexpected passing. Anna was there every step of the way - from food artfully displayed, to floral arrangements as well. She chose the most appropriate members to assist in this somber occasion, Chris being one of them. Such a lovely gentleman that I am so grateful I had the opportunity to meet him.
In summary, if you ever need an event to be catered, look no further. I promise that you will not be disappointed!

Plain and simple, Anna is an angel. Her attention to detail and her ability to be a calming presence were the most valuable parts of our daughter’s wedding day. Exclamations is more than a caterer, they are dream makers! The attention to detail for decoration, design, food, and presentation is superb! They catered my daughter's wedding and it was stunning! We used exclamations for our daughter and son-in-law’s post Covid wedding celebration. They stuck with us for almost three years. In my opinion, the food is a highlight of any event and exclamations did not disappoint. The food was super delicious and the presentation was awesome! We even had a starch station plus a dessert table with lots and lots of different mini desserts. The staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. You have to see their warehouse and all the many, many different selections you can choose from for your linens, dishes, silverware, themed decorations and more. I highly recommend exclamations for your next event! With over 30 years’ experience, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed either.

Working with Anna is a delight! She is an expert in her field and the results show it. She catered our wedding for 200 guests and our guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed dinner. From the decor and table scapes which were beautiful, to the food that was delicious, to the serving which was seamless, and to the finishing touches, Exclamations! was excellent. My husband and I were having trouble finding a caterer that met our needs for a "belated" wedding/cocktail reception in December 2021. A friend referred us to Anna at Exclamations after using their services for her own daughter’s wedding, and we are so grateful! Anna was more than accommodating to our needs, and she had ideas that put the perfect touches on our evening. Not only does Exclamations do amazing food and displays, but they also offer beautiful table linens, floral arrangements, and just about anything else you can think of to make your event special and unique.
