1st time at Firehouse and not the last. I was skeptical, but good bye other sub places. As a steak and cheese person I tried a thanksgiving sub, this by far the tastiest sub ever.

I went for a Vet's Day sub. The people working behind the counter we absolutely fabulous! Oh ya, the sub was great, too.

How convenient it is to be out of product on veterans day when you're offering free subs

I like firehouse subs but if you don’t want a jalapeno sandwich do not order the spicy cajun chicken. You will eat over 80 jalapenos in that sandwich. Pray for my toilet

Food is always excellent but service and wait times are disappointing. Even when store is not busy, I end up waiting on my orders much too long. My wife loves the subs but we tend to go elsewhere because of the slow service.

Update: it has been two months since we last ate at the Jefferson Village, firehouse and I left a review. I was hoping things had improved the two months since, however, that was not the case. This time we placed a pick up order, so we would not have to wait on our order as has been issue in the past. Online order scheduled to be ready at 10:20 AM so we even allowed extra time before going to the store. We still had to wait almost 20 minutes for order to be ready. But, to top things off, when we arrived home, we were missing one of the three subs that were part of the order. Obviously, we should’ve checked the order before we left the store, so lesson learned there. But this is an ongoing issue with the store, considering the slow service and errors with orders. I am a rewards member, and have been so for quite some time, but I cannot continue to patronize a store that has such poor service.

We love Firehouse and this was the absolute worst one we’ve ever set foot in. The floor was so sticky you couldn’t walk, tables weren’t cleaned and it seemed like it was troublesome for them to take our order. Left off some of our order and then was ignored when I stood in front of guy fixing things. Glad this was just a stop coming from out of town. Will never stop at this one again.

Let me start by saying I love Firehouse, the food is always great.
However upon entering this Firehouse ("Jefferson Greensboro NC") , and after placing my order, I begin hearing the 2 ladies behind the counter (taking orders and making orders), talking about how they love Subway more, how Firehouse is overpriced, "you can get the same thing at Subway", the "herb bread" at subway is better, and "subway gives coupons".... Loud for us the only 2 customers in the store to hear and constantly using the "F" word repetatively! I mean many people cuss, but lets have some basic customer service. Can we work on training! I hate to hear this is happening to a business by its own employees. Additionally, they're grumbling bc of online orders on a "Friday night".... I'm standing here waiting for my order having to hear all of this.
So very disappointing for this Firehouse establishment. Friday night 10/11/2024 @725pm... whoever these ladies are need instruction or redirection outside of this location.
I'm sorry but I can't come back to this location.

Used to love Firehouse Subs. Food is still good but service and speed have really crashed in this area. No one at this location seems to care that customers are piling up and waiting forever to get a pretty simple sandwich.
