First Class Luxury Lounge GSO

I expected much better from a place that claims to offer a fine dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was very disappointing. The wait time for our food was unreasonably long, and when it finally arrived, it was barely warm. For a luxury restaurant, both the service and food quality were far below expectations. Our server seemed rushed and inattentive, and no one checked in to make sure we were satisfied.

For the prices they charge, I expected excellent service, timely delivery, and fresh, hot food. Sadly, none of that happened. I hope management takes these issues seriously because this could have been an exceptional experience — instead, it was frustrating and underwhelming. Not to mention I ordered Luxury Chicken but received 2 extra dry drumsticks with potatoes lumps and Green beans cooked in fish water. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! This is a Jet2Holiday with no aviation steak I guess we on standby on the ramp waiting for take off.

Nyeshia IS THE BEST!!! Quick with our order, very friendly and made sure we were taken care of numerous times. Food was amazing 10/10 i recommend the french toast bites and Shrimp in grits MY GOD those grits were FIREEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! I will be back 100% the owner even took our pictures for my Bestie’s birthday. OH and it was CLEAN! 10/10

A great place for Sunday brunch! Nice vibe, great music, and delicious food and cocktails. Our server was Ny and she was polite, professional and attentive. The food portions were generous and beautifully presented. I ordered the fried lobster and grits and a mimosa flight, and it was delicious! Repeat customer and I’ll definitely be going back!

We had another amazing experience at First Class Luxury Lounge during GHOE weekend! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was on point — great ambiance, delicious food, and music that kept the energy high all night.

Special shoutout to owner Jasmin Gill and her aunt for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Their hospitality truly sets this place apart.

Last year was our first time visiting, and we loved it so much we had to come back this year — and once again, they did not disappoint.

If you're looking for a Black-owned spot that delivers top-tier service and a whole vibe, First Class Luxury Lounge is it. Already looking forward to next time!

Blue Hawaiian Alcohol drink , jerk egg rolls ,mash potatoes&shrimp basket was awesome ... the luxury chicken no season flavor inside the chicken it's nothing luxury about it we got 2 orders of it let alone blood running out of the chicken . & for the chicken wings it's okay I was the only one that could eat it my bill was $159.04 added on a tip which is 15%$181.39

We had dinner on Saturday, September 27th, and I have heard wonderful stories. First and foremost, our waitress was exceptional. Unfortunately, I have forgotten her name. My sole complaint was a pasta meal with salmon that I added. Initially, I requested fried salmon, but it was unavailable, so I opted for grilled salmon instead. Upon receiving the pasta, I was underwhelmed. The salmon was overcooked, and while the pasta was cooked properly, its flavor was utterly unpleasant. I did not eat much of it and took it home, where it remained uneaten. The following day, Sunday, September 28, I reheated it, hoping that my initial impression was incorrect. However, my second attempt at eating it only reaffirmed my initial assessment - it was horrible. I offered some to my son, and he immediately spat it out, asking if it had spoiled. While I had not considered that possibility, the flavor was truly forgettable.

Please visit and enjoy Chef Meosha's cuisine. Her Blackened Salmon and Gouda Grits were divine with a Sweet Potato Waffle on the side. OMG!!! My meal was definitely worth the wait, remember be patient, small business, small staff BUT worth the wait!! From the fried wings, sides and drinks we were all very, very satisfied!!!!

When I say everything was amazing, EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! The chicken jerk egg rolls were soooo delicious!!! Highly recommend getting them. I had the Classy steak and cheese and it was perfection. The bread was toasted but soft at the same time. My best friend had the chicken Alfredo and that pasta was soooo flavorful!!! Everything was 20000/10! I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend going if you haven’t already!

The food was good but the service was subpar at best which created an awkward environment. Our server was very rude, dismissive and neglected her duties as a server to our table. Her first words to our table was: “what do you want to drink besides water?”. The plates were dirty and we had to ask several times for basic things like silverware, napkins, plates for appetizers or refills and when we did the server got an attitude with us. The food took forever to come out & during the hour + we waited our server did not check on us at all. Additionally I attempted to ask for an another server but our server denied me access to speaking with the manager.

Our experience was outstanding. The staff did a wonderful job of making realistic expectations once we arrive. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. I would definitely come back again. This is a gem for the city of Greensboro

This was my first visit to First Class. It was indeed 1st class !!! I treated my baby sis a night out for her 57th birthday. Tamika D was our sever. She was excellent!!! The lounge was a vibe, RnB music playing (nor too loud, so as to have conversation without screaming),clean and very nicely decorated, clean restrooms and aple parking. Ohhhh and the food was off the chain delicious!!! Everything we had was great!! I had the jetk chicken egg rolls, smoked mac n cheese. My sis got the sweet Thai wings and broccoli. We shared with each other. The peach margaritas pitcher was on point, not weak but just right! We are definitely going back again ! I think we're going to check out their brunch soon. Yall come out and support this business, you won't be disappointed!!! 5 Stars !!!!
