I order from Foxes pizza and Subs at least 2 times a week. I called today to let them know I had a hard piece of plastic in my steak and cheese sub° I GUESS I DISCUSSED THIS WITH THE OWNER. SHE WAS THE MOST HATEFUL WOMAN IVE EVER TALKED TOO!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! AND WILL NOT SUGGEST THEIR RESTRAUNT TO ANYONE!! FOXES PIZZA AND SUBS ON BESSEMER AVE. I WILL BE LETTING NEWS STATIONS , CHANNEL 2, FOX 8 ETC. KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED AND LET THEM AIR IT!! UR A HATEFUL BUSINESS WOMAN!! I would not recommend this restaurant to my enemy! Theirs almost always a problem with my order! The person who answers is almost always rude and rushes you! I only use this place as my last resort! Today I called and wasted 20$ for a SMALL steak stromboli that has a price of 11.95! Then was told I can get credit for the frie that was missing from my order! All while dealing with them for 2 hours of my day! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO MY WORST ENEMY! Your going to encounter an issue I promise!!!

Ordered two 8" turkey sub combo...get it home and and only 2 slices of meat, 1 on each end and the toppings were minimal...I gave two stars because the french fries were good. This is the second time I feel cheated by this establishment...It took a year for me to try them again and I surely won't take another chance on them.

Came back after 20 years from college and they still have the best cheesesteak sub I’ve ever had in my life! And I lived in Philly for a year! They chop it up finely and I know what seasoning they use but it’s literally the best! Glad to see they’re still going strong. ?
