Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I like the burgers. Basically, smash burgers that just hit the spot. The stringy french fries are a nice touch.
Also, the custard ice cream never disappoints.

I just have to say the staff at the Greensboro store ESPECIALLY SABRINA go over and beyond for their customers. Sabrina met my family at the register and greeted us with her huge smile and made our experience wonderful. I ordered the wrong ice cream and she personally made it right! She did not have to but her level of care for her customer showed from the moment we hit the door! I personally get tired of rude order takers at other restaurants and will skip those from now on just to be treated right! Way to go SABRINA keep up the good work! You will go far in life young lady!

Nevermind even though the food being delicious and filling, is a little overpriced ($8 for a burger, $12 for a meal)..I went through the drive thru earlier just after 6pm. Employee 1 who greeted me at the window, was NOT* the issue; She was kind, inquired for me, and treated me well. Employee 2 who was also at the window, was rude and I don’t think should work with the public if she can’t hold her tongue, regardless of how annoyed she is. I ordered sandwich only, but then kindly and simply asked at the window how much the meal would be, employee 1 asked employee 2, employee 2 turns and asks the other with a weird/snarky tone “I thought we were only getting the sandwich?” Employee 1 proceeds to tell me the amount, asks if I want it in the meal, and I say no because it seems like it would be a problem if I did. Again, regardless of how she felt, employee 2 couldn’t have held her tongue and not been rude? It was just uncalled for. No one wants to deal with that atmosphere.
