I just have to say the staff at the Greensboro store ESPECIALLY SABRINA go over and beyond for their customers. Sabrina met my family at the register and greeted us with her huge smile and made our experience wonderful. I ordered the wrong ice cream and she personally made it right! She did not have to but her level of care for her customer showed from the moment we hit the door! I personally get tired of rude order takers at other restaurants and will skip those from now on...

I am happy to share that I had a wonderful visit to Freddy's. The burger I ordered was truly delicious and tasted very fresh. Everything was prepared perfectly. I didn't expect the thin fries and patties but the food was great. I was very impressed with how fast and friendly the service was, even during a busy time. My first time going and OH MY GOD! It was amazing! I had a burger, fries, and custard. Everything was perfect... Not even a burnt fry. Their sauces were delicious, too. I'll definitely be back! Don't go without trying the onion rings... Best onion rings I've ever had
