Menu online is not the same menu as restaurant. Half of the food was refrigerator cold, half was hot. Food had no taste at all. Definitely pass on this place, even if you're staying at the double tree where it's located.

I went on a Sunday evening so it was super quiet. The food was decent, I got a burger and it was alright. It did take a long time to come out, but was reasonably priced as far as hotel restaurants go. Brianca was friendly and provided great service.Edit: had to come back and take it from 4 stars to 3. I had the wings which were decent, but their breakfast definitely loses them a star. Three tiny pancakes that were so rock hard I could barely cut them with a knife. Frozen eggo pancakes would be a far better option. Come for dinner, skip the breakfast.

I like how cozy it is here. The salad was ok compared to my other American salad experiences. Service was good too.

This place was the biggest mistake of my trip. The food was overpriced, the staff was almost non-existent, no one ever answered the phone to take an orderand the food wasn’t very good. Don’t waste your time. Go to one of the other restaurants in the area.

This restaurant is connected to the Doubletree and has breakfast for diamond members. Came down in the morning for breakfast. They were somewhat busy but not as busy as some other hotels I've stayed at recently. Got a table cleaned off for me and got my drink order not too longneck after. Got some coffee and water then said they'd be right back to take my order. About 20 minutes later the waitress came back and asked if my order was taken and then she said sorry and put it in. Another 20 minutes go by and still hadn't gotten my food. Was told it's be out in a few minutes and a few other diamond members got told the same. 10 minutes later and 2 people walked out with no food and 2 other tables had been waiting 30 minutes just to get there order in. I waited another 5 minutes (55 minutes in total) and had no food and left as well. They had about 10 people for 1 group otherwise not sure what the problem was. It's connected to a hotel so they should have lots of traffic all the time and shouldn't be surprised by having lots of guests come through. Don't normally give bad reviews (gave 2 stars to be nice) but this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Staying at the hotel the Gate City Sports Grill is attached to. Not a ton of options after a long day working so we tried the Sports Grill. Pleasantly surprised. GREAT service both nights. Had the Gate City Burger and loved it. Burger was outstanding and fries were perfect. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the hotel or in the area.
