One of the better slop bowl joints I've eaten at. Good variety of Mediterranean options. I got a beef kofta bowl with roasted cauliflower, roasted tomatoes, feta, and pickled red cabbage. This main course was very tasty, and felt very healthy. I also had a side of muhamarra (silky, tangy, and tasty), and some falafel with hummus (very crisp-tender). I would definitely come back to try the other options.

I liked it better before they changed the way you order and get served. It used to be pretty fast to just wait in line get your food and go. Now it takes entirely too long.
The food is still great. I just have to remember to order online before I get there. Old habits are hard to change.

First time going to the Battleground location. Usually went to the store on High Point Rd/Gate City Blvd. It was better and you got your money's worth. I'll will be visiting this location again because I like Ghassan's

I got a steak & cheese, my usual at any Ghassan's & their's this time was just ok. It didn't make my mouth crave another bite the way the one near State St. does. I'm not sure why...
However the building its self feels cleaner than the one near State St., the tables were not. I had to look at, at least 7 tables before I found a clean one & there were only 3 table occupied when I got so they weren't slammed...

Which was interesting because there were at least 3 staff just sitting at tables multiple times for several intervals of time. I get they need breaks but it felt as if cleaning tables wasn't even on their radar. In my opinion if they aren't going to clean the tables at least leave the tray so the grease/oil & crumbs stays on the tray not the table. It would also be nice if the person bringing me my food wasn't eating with their finger seconds before my delivery. They don't really touch the food but I'd prefer them call my # & I go pick it up.

The Harris’s chicken bowl was so delicious! This was my first time there and didn’t disappoint. Quick service and great flavors.

IM ANGRY! No one warned me about how amazing the food is here! I’m visiting from out of state and saw ghassans while driving around. I asked around and was recc to try it. So here i am on visiting again for the 2nd day in a row. Currently plotting on my 3rd as i type this…I should have taken picture but there was not time for that when a fresh chicken on pita is staring you down seductively. Any way if you’re not from here it’s a must try. I’m on a mission to try the whole menu before i leave. I challenge you to do the same 🔥

Bland, weird dine-in experience, and caters to white people more than Mediterranean people. Kinda like Sarah's Shwarma. Halal food trucks are better than this place. But it was decent.
