Food was fine.

I ordered the Beyond Kafta on Pita and the Baklava. It was quite frankly quite amazing and full of flavor. The Baklava was savory and sweet, with perfect flaky layers. Definitely will order from here again!

The food is always good and I understand lunch rush is hectic but I don't like feeling like I'm a bother, I just want a smile n a have a nice day, not a here u go. Makes a difference.

Loved the falafel platter with perfectly seasoned ravioli and hummus. Prices seemed very reasonable for top quality meal.

I love ghassans but this is a nasty location. It wasn't busy at all, only a couple customers. No TP or soap in the bathroom. Kitchen looked dirty...and empty..Picking up an online order and when the employee showed up it seemed like I was interrupting and bothering him. My $20 worth of food (with 15% tip that I definitely regret) was kind of a bummer...Sides thrown into the box, some upside down and some sitting in the hummus and tabouli. Kinda gross...don't imagine they wear gloves when handling the plastic cups... Not much hummus to begin with and now I gotta lick it off the containers it's smeared all over? Gave 2 stars instead of one for service only bc I ran into another employee near the bathroom who was kind and considerate.

Soooo..i went on a saturday morning..whatever conversation they were having was infused with curse words in the back. Which is fine.. ive been known to say a curse word or three but the girl taking the order dropped one in front of me. So much for peofessionalism..so i place my ordee and pay..then i walk away and say oh shoot i forgot to order fries..i go back and order fries..i admit i went across the street ro food lion to pick up one thing but was a little late getting back for the food...that was not the issue i got my food and got home and noticed NO FRIES!!! Soooo..i go back up there (we are almost 45 min after initial pick up) i tell them i ordered the fries and didnt get them
.about 2 min later the girl (cursing betty) that took my order hands me a bag of fries..but get this yall....it was the SAME fries they didnt give me 45 min ago !!! I stay at the counter to try to ask for fresh fries but although i was seen and looked at..i was not adressed for about 3 min...no one asked if i needed simething or had i been helped..life for them continued to go on..i finally spoke to someone who was in deel conversation with someone about seeing his car at the gym.. i finally got fresh fries..but did i have to be taken through this emotional roller coaster with them..Managerd please provide extensive coaching for the AM crew at the golden gate shopping cntr that were working on 10.18.25..thanks!!!
