The food is decent but why do they always ask for a tip? There is no service provided. They don’t get or refill your drink and they don’t bring your food. What exactly is this tip supposed to be for?

Food is hot and fresh. Made to order. Quick and easy. I usually go for dinner or late lunch so it's not a long wait during this time. Because they are jumping for the lunch hour rush. No complaints. Prices are very reasonable.

I am not the typical person to write a review on places but, I am new to the area and decided to stop here since my co workers recommended it. I ordered my food, wait wasnt long which is good but my gyro was cold and i ordered fries as my side and not kidding you, I had to count I got ONLY 15 fries on my plate. Not worth paying 10$ for a meal and tipping the hostess to get shorted food.
Delicious food, made fast and easy! Love this place, it's definitely one of my go-to lunch spots. Their chicken shawarma is delicious as well as their rice. Must try!

This location really dropped the ball! I tell everyone I know that Ghassan's is the best. However, their staff can't make a sub right to save their life. My last 2 visits were very disappointing. For the life of me, I can't understand how a cook doesn't understand double toasted with extra cheese. Not the meat! Just the bread! Add the extra cheese that I paid for! Freaking idiots who don't follow directions. I won't return to this location.

Food would be better with two small improvements. The fries were underdone, literally tasting slightly raw, and the gyro wrap was bland. Just a slight bit of effort away from a good meal experience.
