Ordered uber and had the nastiest olong tea of my life tasted old

This place is so good! They have so many options and I wish I could’ve ordered everything. I will definetly be coming back again.

My child loves the tea here, we go all the time after picking her up from school.

I went to this facility today and ordered two large drinks and three medium size drinks, but received all 5 medium size drinks. One of the drinks was supposed to be an Earl grey tea, not an earl grey milk tea, but there was milk. We were on the go to an event. I contacted the facility, but they refuse to partially compensate or try for work with me on a solution. :/ pictures for size reference and labels are shown. One Star.

Update 9/5/2025: Gong cha personally contacted us to acknowledge past order mistakes, expressed sincere apologies, and as part of their solution, offered complimentary bobas equal to the amount spent during our last visit, to be redeemed on our next visit. Thanks Gong Cha!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went today and by mistake grabbed the wrong order (same exact order but grabbed the one with whole milk instead of oat). Went in not to complain because it was 100% my fault but to alert them so that they didn’t think the persons order was already picked up by them. The workers immediately offered to give me my original order and remake the other that I accidentally grabbed. They were very kinda and the boba was amazing. 10/10 would recommend

Gong Cha is the most authentic Asian boba in Greensboro, which is sad because I wish there was a local place and not a chain.

Still, it’s hard to expect authentic Asian boba shops when there’s not a large Taiwanese population in the area.

Their drinks are good, especially their tiger sugar drink. The boba is soft and chewy. Decent spot!

Gong cha is one of the best boba franchises out there and I’m glad to see one in Greensboro. I ordered the Mega lychee tea cup and it was really good w/white popping pears. They put a lot of ice in there though and you cannot adjust how much ice you want either.

It for sure is pretty taxed. $30 for 3 drinks w/ the other two i got being large and nothing else extra in them. I even used my $5 rewards I had on my account.

This is located inside of an Asian supermarket w/a grand exchange type of vibe. There’s like 3-4 different stores inside the supermarket next to gong cha.

Energy is cool. Employees are friendly. Would recommend and would come back.

Great for spanish food, but cashiers need more technology / self chek out

Did not get what I ordered. I ordered a milk foam brown sugar milk tea and got no milk foam. It was abbreviated on the sticker as MF brown sugar MT so I guess they missed it completely

$9 for a medium 1 topping drink, boba were not sweet and tasted old. Won’t come back
